Sup y'all! I'm putting my rp blogs on a semi-hiatus—I have to focus on studying more. Maybe I will answer the threads from time to time but. I don't guarantee anything.

Paimon was about to let out another scream of panic , before she realized it was actually her friend — Kinich . She . . . Isn ' t used to those . . . Scary . . . Wings . . . So it scared her a bit . She let out a loud exhale , plopping down on the floor . It was supposed to be a calm day . . .

❝ Th . . . Thank you , Kinich . . . ❞ The guide mumbles out , her voice a bit muffled by the grass underneath her chin as she lays down — trying to calm down her small , racing heart .

Nowadays, its a delivery after another but things had gotten on the slower end in comparison to last month ever since the war's end and the threat actually resolved for the good of Natlan.

But it seems trouble was still afoot.

He had just gotten back from some rounds of deliveries & for a smoother back and forth lately, he's been making use of his alternative method of traveling. That and Kinich has grown to like this different way to feel the wind against dragonic wings.

With how hard it is to miss out on the ruckus, he'd look down to see what was up, only to swiftly take action.

Kinich pause for a moment, readjusting his direction and swoop down to land & cause the hostile group of Yumkasaurs to back off some.

At this point, its just become a stare challenge before they all, one with an annoyed snort let loose, scampers off.

They are most certainly not dealing with what they can consider 'dragon' in some way, it'll only provoke the real deals and even Saurians knew better than provoke the ancient dragons.

When it seems the coast is clear, dragon wings merely folded & the hunter glance over to who got chased a moment ago.

''Problem solved, are you better now?'', he's not sure what else to utter from the start.

Well , it seemed like the Traveler and Paimon's mission in Natlan had come to an end. . . but at what cost ? To distract themselves from the latest events and maybe also to prepare for their next destination — Snezhnaya — they decided to accept some commissions !

One of them was to catch some saurians who had run away — those who had lost themselves while trying to find a safe place during the war . It seemed like an easy and quick mission , but it was quite a struggle to find them , so both of them decided to split up .

Paimon was floating around , trying to spot the saurians . Suddenly , she heard some. . . growls from afar. . ? Curious about what it could be , Paimon flew up there , preparing herself to quickly get the Traveler if needed . She peeked from behind the bushes , and her eyes were met with a. . . woman with mechanical arms , standing opposite some saurians , who seemed scared and lost .

❝ Could those be the lost saurians. . ? And what does that strange woman want to do with them. . ? ❞ Paimon thought to herself , trying not to attract any attention . She decided to keep watching for now — since she doesn't know that woman's intentions !

❝ Uh , yeah , very beautiful . . . ❞ Paimon agrees with her on that matter , because — she was a bit scared to say something wrong , and she truly likes how the night scenery looks .

There sure were a lot of Fatui members in Natlan lately. . . but that shouldn't surprise Paimon too much , right ? With everything that had happened recently , the nation of war could surely use some help ! Hm , but are those people really here to help. . ? Paimon peeks out from behind her hiding place . Someone has to keep an eye on those Fatui folks !

The story of how she got here wasn't entirely complicated — she had simply followed some suspicious-looking Fatui members to their camp to see if they posed any threat to Natlan . Her guard shouldn't be that high just because of her and the Traveler's past experiences with the Fatui. . . right ?

Back to the present — Paimon watches the skirmishers carefully , making sure not to attract any attention . But little does she know , she should be watching her back. . .

Paimon wondered if she should believe him — he definitely is not from Teyvat , and . . . If she had to be completely honest , he does look like he ' s lost too.

Her lilac eyes widen a bit at the sight of Paimon before the brunette stood to her intimidating height of seven feet. “I would say, and you look quickly unprepared for Snezhnaya’s cold but seem to be handling yourself well.”

Paimon flies around a small valley , the nearest place being Scions of Canopy — but that doesn' t mean it' s close . The day was going quite smoothly . The Traveler was doing the commissions by themselves , which gave Paimon an opportunity to make them a gift — more specifically , a flower crown . It may sound like a silly thing , but Paimon had so much fun making it .

So much fun , that she didn' t notice a group of aggressive saurians approaching her from behind. Seriously , Paimon , just how much trouble can you get into without the Traveler around ?!

At first , she didn' t notice the Yumkasaurs , too focused on gathering the flowers she thought would suit the Traveler . But as she turned around , she was suddenly faced with saurians who didn’ t seem friendly at all. . .

With a high-pitched squeak , she dropped the flowers she was holding and darted away .

To her misfortune ( and probably because she wasn' t looking where she was going ) , she bumped into a rock and fell to the ground . The Yumkasaurs surrounded her , trapping her against it .

❝ WAAH !! SOMEONE HELP PAIMON!! ❞ the fairy managed to cry out , squeezing her eyes shut .
