I think the only animated documentary I've seen is Waltz with Bashir. Not that I particularly recommend it, but I guess it's the winner of this category by default

Every movie is foreign language (seriously, shame on me, but I haven't watched any animated film in my native language). Lol. But, considering most movies have been either in English or in Japanese, I'll go for one that isn't in either of those.
