#i got very comfortable traveling alone this fall which necessarily entails eating alone at restaurants#so both of those. i don’t go to the movies very much at all and ive never gone by myself but i wouldn’t have a problem going alone#a concert i’m not totally sure…i might? depending on who the artist was? but it’s never come up#i DID go to two penguins games alone which is sort of comparable (big event) and that was super fun and i felt totally comfortable be alone#*being alone#so pretty much all of these! it does take some getting used to esp traveling if you’re going far but i’m comfy with all of it#polls

academic validation brain go brrrrr
#hannah does college#got nominated for this academic honor society :) as a junior :)#and the professor in charge of sending things out about it knows me and added a really nice little postscript in his email telling me abt it#like. holy shit. i’m kinda actually maybe good at this college thing. maybe i’m not totally faking it.#my sleep schedule is rough rn but i’m working on scheduling my time more intentionally to make it better#and the work i’m producing is still good so far despite the bad sleep#so. so!#and i rly do need to write this proposal for my summer project but helpfully it’s being adapted from a proposal for a different grant that#i did not get. but it’s the same project just fitting different proposal criteria. so it should not be too hard to write#bang it out in a couple hours maybe. and then get feedback and edit as needed#but it’s probably a lot closer to done than i think it is#my parents said they were proud of me; i think my dad knows more abt how prestigious this thing is than i do and therefore#he is more impressed lol. but like. okay. i’m pretty good at this actually. okay.#personal
