Since the Phineas and Ferb revival is in full swing, and it's been said there will be more episodes set in the "Act Your Age" timeline to develop the characters as teens, here are my hopes:

Phineas and Isabella balancing their relationship and college life 

Explore when and how Phineas started liking Isabella

Phineas also letting Isabella be her own person 

Isabella getting to own her emotions, and not hold back her affections for Phineas

Doof coping with his old age 

Appearances from the other Fireside alum 

Adyson doling more bold advice beyond “manipulating a situation”

Episodes or an episode exploring Baljeet and Ginger’s relationship 

Some appearances from Ferb and Candace, maybe giving Phineas advice when he needs it

A post-graduation homecoming with their friends and family celebrating

If we're lucky... Phineas proposing to Isabella (just something nice to think about)

and… less invention fueled chaos and more heart.

What I'd like to see in the current PnF revival

More depth in Phineas and Ferb, show them being more than just kids having fun

More depth in Isabella, show her not just as Phineas’s admirer, or a scout leader, but as her own person with her own goals and ambitions, and get to build her own creation

Candace being more than than the busting-obsessed sister, more moments that show her growth and realizing her place

Doof having his moments of growth

More Fireside Girl chaos/drama

More Vanessa action 

Buford being more than just the tough guy

Baljeet learning there’s more to life than just logic and grades

Here are some fan-made lyrics of mine for a potential fan-made AYA miniseries spinoff: "I Have a Boyfriend/I Have a Girlfriend" Sung by Isabella and Phineas Scenario: Isabella has just finished a class, and boy walks up to her. Boy: So, wanna head down to lounge for a latte? Isabella: (folds her arms) No thanks. I have a boyfriend. Pause. Isabella: I have a boyfriend. (Overjoyed that she can say this) (Tears up) I have a boyfriend...! Isabella happily walks off down the path toward her dorm Isabella:  "I never thought I'd see the day where I could finally say the word..." "I'm gonna say it loud and clear, so that my voice is heard..." "I'm not gonna hide it..." "I'm not going to pretend..." "Cause finally in forever..." "I have a boyfriend..." (Isabella walks down the campus pathway with her arms out) Danny Jacob: She has a boyfriend... Isabella: "I have a boyfriend..." Danny Jacob: She has a boyfriend... Scenario: Phineas is getting a coffee at a gas station coffee shop. Coffee Girl: So, Tri-State State, huh? Phineas: Yep. I've been waiting 2 weeks for this.
