Day 8/100
Today was a nice lazy day after work. I keep getting weird asthma breathing things but overall a good day and work was nice and chill. 
I felt like today was an improvement! Like I just looked in the mirror and my stomach is getting better I just wish I could fix my arms and legs! On the brightside because I have a coldsore I’m using that as an excuse not to go out, instead I’ll visit my sister in Cork where I’m sure there will be plenty of shopping! And you know I always tend to be very good for while after clothes shopping considering I’m usually bursting out of my clothes. It’s weird I know you shouldn’t go shopping hungry because you’ll be lightheaded and impulse buy but holy shit has anyone mentioned you shouldn’t go shopping if you just ate. I just feel so disgusting and bloated right after that I buy clothes that are too big and end up not fitting me. Smoothie before shopping seems like the best idea.

Day 7/100
Today was sort of hard because I slept in again and I didn’t really keep myself busy. But on the bright side I didn’t snack today. I went to visit my granny and she mentioned I had lost weight and I know this doesn’t make sense but it just made me feel like shit. Like it confirmed that I amn’t imagining my weight gain. I did gain a bunch of weight like FUCKK!. I tried to make my own dinner today which had chicken in it.. Safe to say when I move out it should be fairly easy to be a vegetarian like I literally couldn’t even touch it I ended up not making it and my sister made food instead.

Day 6/100
Wine and Lana Del Rey are basically what got me through today. No joke. Today was work, then I met up with Paulina who is having her own problems... and they’re not little problems. After work was savings, I thought I could sneak out for ages but then I remembered my friends are legit shite craic. Big decision go to Cork to visit my sister with my mom or go out for the first time in over a month with my friend..? Help I genuinely want to do both. Then I had my 2nd driving lesson which went so much better than expected! I’m hoping to have insurance soon so I can get away with sneaking the Yaris out for lil bits.. I know exactly who I want to sneak out to but unfortunately he is no longer available and I’m pretty sure he hates me lol in the I like but I have to hate you cause you rejected me way. Anywho wine is class and I believe everyone should have a good slurp of it before we go to sleep. Good vibes only! Only had one weak moment today but just substituted chocolate for biscuits. I think after day 7 biscuits and doughnuts will be canceled out too. The funny thing is I’m not even that big a fan of doughnuts but everyone seems to think I am and at this stage I’m not gonna prove them wrong. I still think maybe at day 21 I’ll try and become a full vegetarian again. It’s not like it would be very hard the only meat I eat is chicken. I just have to find a healthy alternative. That’s all for today x

Day 5/100
Today was hard. I slept in so I was unproductive from the get go. I exercised but afterwards all I wanted was to just snack with unhealthy food. Thankfully the dinner was down so I didn’t. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier as I have work. I also have another driving lesson which I have not practised for at all. My driving instructor is so scary so... Oh well good day though

Day 4/100
Today was harder than I thought it would be because I was surrounded by people all the time and food and junk food were constantly right there beside me. I ate a fruit cup before going into the match so I didn’t actually cheat. Healthy food only. Unfortunately I did eat a bit of the takeaway my mom brought home.. I think I’ll become vegetarian again because as a picky eater anyways it basically divides my portions in half. If I didn’t eat the chicken today then I would have only eaten a couple of chips and well it would have just been better. I’m off football for the next two weeks so I’m going to have to be extra motivated to go out and do workouts by myself and in secret. It’s starting to annoy me I actually want to get fit and healthy for football and be a good player again but then the other half of me just wants to lose all the weight.

Today was tiring. Work then football. But good in a way I was kept busy. I’m hoping as the days go on and the number in the title goes up and up it will become easier to resist the urge to binge.

Day 2/100
Today was easier than I expected it to be. Most likely because I kept myself busy. I think the key to complete this challenge is to keep myself occupied. I like making and completing my to-do list, my budget and my study plan (but unfortunately it’s summer so I have none). I believe as long as I keep myself productive I should be able to finish the challenge.

Okay so you know the way everyone gets a summer body well that’s about to happen. It needs to happen, I’m so sick and tired of being the chubby friend, the chubby sister and the chubby player. Rules are no more chocolate. Simple right? It’s so stupid how I can starve myself for a whole entire day but then eat twice i my daily calorie intake in chocolate and junk food. So today is day 1/100 were I will be healthy, follow the rules and binge free.

Weight
💫drink 4 litres of water every day
💫drink 2 cups of green tea every day
💫fast once a week
💫stick to your meal plan (would you guys want me to post mine weekly?)
💫weigh yourself every day
💫measurements every other week
💫weekday maximum 400 calories
💫weekend maximum 600 calories
💫burn at least 300 calories every day
💫cardio 3 times a week
💫workout daily
💫dont binge
Hygiene:
✨wash your makeup off completely at the end of the day
✨wash your face twice every day
✨keep your body shaved
✨shower every day
✨use deodorant
✨have at least one makeup free day a week
✨do a face mask once a week
✨don’t wear makeup to the gym
Just life in general:
🌟meet up with someone twice a week
🌟be polite
🌟even if someone is being rude just smile and be polite
🌟don’t start beef
🌟dont get blackout drunk
🌟keep your room clean

Tips for the summer:
If you’re craving ice cream just make this instead.
In summer you have loads of free time so try not to eat between 7pm and 2pm
If you go out make sure to not bring extra cash so if you feel like getting something to eat you won’t be able to
WATER WATER WATER pleaase stay hydrated
Eat watermelon. That shit is DELICIOUS and doesn’t make you gain permanent weight.
Make sure you get your vitamin D
Try going to sleep a bit earlier to prevent a night binge
