Some men are not aware that the condition of their wives reflect who they are as husbands and as a man. They tend to neglect the very first person whom the Lord has given to be their helpmate. No wonder why some men do not succeed. It is impossible for a man to lead if he cannot even elevate the condition of his own wife. How can he fulfill his duties in any organization if the basic of all duties remain unsatisfied? If I were an employer or anyone in authority from any organization, the first thing that I would consider before appointing any male leader is how he treats his wife. I have seen many successful leaders, and I have noticed one thing: they have high regard for their wives. They take good care of them, they give them time, and most of all, they make them visible to the world just like a crown on their heads. A man who loves and takes good care of his wife will be blessed because God has commanded every husband to love their wives just like the Lord loved the church. When a man neglects his wife and causes her a lot of pain, God will deal with him as the wife cries out to Him for justice. I hope that every husband would learn this simple secret for his own good.
