Why does all life advice seem to suck

I can't remember the last time someone tried to give me any advice and it didn't boil down to "just do the thing" Like, if I could just start doing the healthy things that easily, I would.

No idea how to get any interaction, so bug time

I don’t even know if therapy would help me

I feel like even if I went, and even if they could give me useful advice, I wouldn’t be able to implement it, because I can’t do anything long term, I just can never do it.

No one sees these, is it just bad luck? Am I just boring? Am I doing something wrong?

As teens, did people actually drink and do drugs?

I genuinely thought this was all just movie crap, but now I'm hearing my classmates casually talking about their drug trips. Am I a complete loser or something? I thought it was like the two dumbasses in each school that did that stuff. Is this actually common?

Anyone notice how both political sides claim the rich and powerful are on the other side?

The right claims the elites are leftists, and the left claims the wealthy are right-wing.

Tumblr is spooky

What is all this new stuff? Why does it say untitled under my name? Can I change that? What do people even do here? Is this just a void to scream into? The videos I have seen of Tumblr on yt evidently showed only the neatly kept paths on this wild forest of a site.
