This was... a manga, that's for sure. The main couple was cute and enjoyable. I liked their dynamic and friendship along with their other friend who is part of the side couple that I have an issue with. The side couple is teacher x student and the teacher plainly says he'll get arrested if anyone were to find out.

Warrior's Afterlife

I read this quite a bit ago but I do remember loving it. It's not long (7 chapters and two extras) but it tells a pretty good story. There's a lot of smut so if you're not into that, this one might not be for you! A warrior who's dedicated his life to killing monsters to protect the people comes to realize that through all his good deeds, there will forever be people trying to kill him. Even the people he went into battle with to bring an end to the war with mysterious creatures turned on him. He gave up and let himself be assassinated to put an end to his suffering. That's all I'm gonna spoil! Super good read and I highly recommend this amazing fantasy story :)

Tashirokun Kimitteyatsuha

I wonder if you can tell this is one of my favs LOL.. It's not like its my pfp or anything erm... Anyway, I really love this manga! The characters are charming, the story is comedic, and silly with some nice fluffy moments. It's mostly Shounen Ai for the first two volumes but volume three does have some smut even though it isn't the main couple (they aren't even really a couple yet lmao). I love Tashiro so much. It's silly how his animal characterization is a fish and I lowk understand it on a personal level (totally not because we share a birthday or anything). It's about a college student named Yuta Ebihara who has a run-in with a scary classmate named Keima Tashiro who's simply trying to return the wallet Ebihara dropped but because Tashiro sucks at social interaction and has a scary face, Ebihara thinks that Tashiro is trying to rob him. After running away and telling his friend about how a scary dude tried robbing him, his friend tells him that the scary guy is a member of the manga club he's in and is actually a good guy. UH,, THERE'S MORE BUT I DON'T WANT TO SPOIL! PLEASE READ FOR YOURSELF<3

Can't Think Straight

Keep in mind I've only read up to chapter 39 out of the 74 up on the site I'm reading it on. I don't like this story. Jaehyuk (the ML, dark hair) is annoying, rude, homophobic (ironic I know), disrespectful, and altogether a prick. I've seen comments saying it gets better but I really don't know how much of his disrespect and lack of regard for Garam (the MC, light hair) I can put up with! They're literally living together, sleeping with each other, and being all flustered n shit together but he still whips out the 'no homo' card and calls Garam a 'dirty homo' whenever he can and also doesn't seem to actually care for Garam in the slightest. Honestly, the whole way the thing started was a bit icky... I might finish reading but for now, its dropped.

Dear Signal

I've been neglecting you guys LOL.. anyway. I just finished reading Dear Signal not too long ago! I've been putting it off for a while (no particular reason) and WOAH DID I WISH I'D READ IT SOONER!

It's set in a world where some people develop Lovesickness, a disease that happens when someone experiences love. It causes a fever and most noticeably, heart-shaped rashes all over their body. I don't wanna spoil too much and the author does a pretty good job explaining the disease so I recommend reading it for yourself! The couple's dynamic is super sweet and there isn't a whole lot of conflict so it's a really easy read that will only take about an hour if you're speeding through it. The side couple is also really cute!

Comfort BL?

What's your comfort BL / A BL you will happily read over and over again for some good vibes? Personally, I really mess with anything from the artist Fujitobi. Their artstyle and storytelling is super wholesome, cute, and a nice little read if you want some fluff. I also (obviously) love Tashiro-Kun, Why Are You Like This?. They're just so incredibly silly and the art is fun and dynamic at times. I love my silly fish boy :) Also, No.6, Sasaki to Miyano, and Beryl and Sapphire are 3 animated series that I will 100% forever glaze until the day I DIE

Why are there so many inc*st BL?

It's a crazy question but one that really needs to be asked. What's the deal with the crazy amount of inc*stual BL manga or just manga in general? Before anyone says shit; yes, step-sibling shit IS inc*st and I don't care what anyone says. ESPECIALLY if they grew up together as siblings. First of all, same artist as Don't Get in the Way of Shun's Romance and I totally recommend checking that one out too! The artist has a super distinct style and it's absolute eye-candy :P

This post is a bit more incoherent than my usual ones LMOFAOO but I REALLYYYYY love this manga! The art style, storytelling, and character designs are so fun and stylized. I love their dynamic but I'm not exactly sure how to explain it. It's like an "eternally grateful" type Yandere story but only SLIGHTLY unhinged and luckily not non-con! I don't want to spoil the story, and I really recommend it if you can handle blood and severed limbs. It's only at 6 chapters and ended on a cliffhanger as of me writing this post but that gives you time to catch up!

My local library had Doukyusei so you know I had to pick it up. It's volume one but it starts at chapter 5 (Summer) which was a bit of a jumpscare lmaoo... they had 2 other volumes I think but I didn't have time to grab them. I've already read it digitally and watched the movie but having a physical copy is just... better! Of course, I'll have to return it but I'm happy for the experience of reading a physical copy! Thanks library!!

This Wonderful Season With You, also known as Subarashii Kiseki ni Yasashii Kimi to, is a super cute bl about a socially awkward (but kind) computer engineering nerd and the most talked about boy in school whose baseball career was cut short due to injury. All the characters are named after hot pot ingredients which I found funny lol :) It's an easy, fluffy read (except for the bonus chapter which has smut) that I fully recommend. :D
