This cooking experiment was banging on my brain for the past week. And even though there were a couple of technical malfunctions and I thought I had miserably botched the whole dish... I underestimated myself. The bechemel could've been just a little thicker... And the oven shutting off 10 minutes into cooking didn't help whatsoever. But the custard was there and the skins were crispy. Flavors were exactly as expected. Trying round 2 tomorrow...
