PTSD

Venting for a moment. I’ve suffered with really bad insomnia my entire life. Though, for the past year and a bit, I’ve suffered immensely with Chronic Nightmares that have left me completely broken and exhausted. I probably get 1-3 nights of rest a week.  Ive been on medication for Anxiety for a  couple years now(I been trying desperately to control my anxiety and depression for years), but my doctor has refused to do anything about my nightmares. I’ve suggested medications that are known to stop Night Terrors but been refused as I feel like I am not being taken seriously . Im currently waiting on a Psychiatrist that  will likely take over a year on a waiting list.  Im AGH// 

It has greatly affected my productivity as one can assume. I have no idea when I’ll be able to get help  and im just... really fed up with the fact that it has become so hard for me to draw due to this.
