It felt very light, that was the right word for it before she ended up pulling away, her face seeming hot.

"I... didn't... expect that." He admitted, as his own face was warm as he brought his hand up and pressed it against his neck.

[~☪~] Shinjiro was sitting on the couch, as he felt a hand on his left shoulder, as if trying to get his attention. He turned in order to look, only to notice a streak of red hair seeming to duck to the right.

He didn't even to turn his head as he suddenly spotted Hamuko in his peripheral vision, as she leaned forward and pressed a kiss against his cheek.

Shinjiro's face turned red before he found her running off towards the stairs.

"H-Hey! Don't just kiss me on the cheek and run! Get back here!"

So! There is about 1 day left before the end of Lyney's banner, along with his signature bow... I finished my battlepass, and went to make a single wish... and I'm so happy, I got Lyney's bow!

[~☪~] The both of them were bundled up, their breath visible from them while they were outside...

Shinjiro had been interested in getting soba noodles and invited Ryuji to join him so they could have a nice meal and celebrate the new year.

Koromaru was sleeping near the feet while on his leash as they could hear the countdown for New Years on the TV that was in the soba shop.

Shinjiro heard his named being spoke up, as he looked over, wondering if Ryuji was going to ask if he could get seconds...

3....2...1...

He instead felt a pair of hands holding the sides of his head and was bringing him into a kiss instead... a noise ended up leaving him, as he brought his hand to rest on the other's back, pressing back into it in response.

[~☪~] The two of them had just been sitting there and eating while resting on the bench that stood against the waterfall of the mall.

What he hadn't expected was for Shiro to sneak closer to him as he was setting his bento box down and pressed a kiss against his cheek, and then turn away before he could really react.

"Kuro...?" He blinked, the other was looking away, and from the red on his ears, he was blushing worse than him. "Dude, that's not fair..." He reached over and lightly pulled the smaller to face him and placed a little kiss on his lips in return.

Naiko had asked him to lean down a bit, cause she wanted to give him something but he was a bit too tall.

He leaned close, as he could feel her hand lightly gripping against his shoulder and then leaned close in order to bring him into a soft kiss.

He brought his hands to rest against against her shoulders, as he was allowing himself to absorb what happened once it had parted.

“Oh, so you’re the owner!” Charlotte gently let go of Koromaru’s face and carefully stood up herself, “Your name is Shinjiro Aragaki, right?”

She’d made a note of memorizing the owners name, especially since she went about putting such an early application to the place before it was open. Almost aggressively so since she liked the sound of the concept of the place, and had heard from some people who knew the owner for his cooking. That was honestly enough for her to set her sights on working there after recently graduating from culinary school.

“If you’ve gone over any of the early applications my name will have stuck out. I’m Charlotte Liddel.” She offered him a polite smile with a small bow, “I’ll apologize now if you find me to be a bit much.”

[~☪~] He hadn’t really expected to be known so quickly, but it appeared to answer his question as to how when she mentioned that she had made an application for his building since it wouldn’t be too long from now before the store would be having its grand opening.

“Ah. I do remember going over a few applications today before I went to take Koromaru out. The name does sound familiar.” He carefully knelt down, and lifted Koromaru into his arms, as the shiba was wagging his tail excitedly from all of the attention he had gotten.

“So, you’re name is Charlotte? It’s really nice to meet you.”

She observed him carefully. He was so distant from the others, apart from Akihiko and Mitsuru, that she felt like it was her mission to make him feel a little better about things. She didn’t know his full background either, other than that he was in the same orphanage as Akihiko, but perhaps she might be able to make small talk with him in Tartarus if they weren’t busy fighting.

His acceptance lifted her worries, and her smile widened as she nodded at his query. “Great! I’ll bring Fuuka-chan as always and Akihiko-senpai in case he needs to debuff the enemy or heal us. I can heal you too, but my skills can be a bit limited, depending on the Persona I use. Anyway! I’ll go tell them to get ready. We still have a few hours left till midnight.”

In any case, it never hurt to be extra vigilant. Strangely enough, Akihiko wasn’t in the lounge, so, she assumed he was training in his room. She could hear Fuuka making something in the kitchen. She wanted to check it out, fearing for the worst, so she excused herself for a few minutes to tell her about tonight’s plan.

“I’ll be right back!”

[~☪~] “Going with Aki... alright, I suppose that will be alright, all things considered. Long as no one uses Bufu.” He mused as she soon got up and excused herself in order to inform Fuuka that they would be going to Tartarus for the night in order to clear a few more levels and see how close they could get to the next blockade.

Seems he would have to put his book away for the moment. He carefully set it on the nightstand beside the couch, as he reached out, and lightly patted Koromaru would was resting close to his feet as he was relaxing.

“Well... here goes nothing.” He breathed, as he managed to get himself up, and lightly stretched his arms.

“You know, I was a bit nervous about going on a road trip for the summer, convincing my Ma definitely wasn’t easy,”

He manages this with a nervous chuckle, his body language a little bit shy but mostly full of joy in getting to spend some quality time with Shinjiro.

“But…I’m happy to be spending the summer with you, Shinji. I know we’ll have lots of fun,”

[~☪~] “I can’t blame you for being nervous, it’s been a while since I had thought of driving in something that wasn’t a motorcycle. But having the little RV will make things easier for stopping somewhere to sleep and cooking.”

Shinjiro was looking over the stuff that he had prepared, separated from his usual luggage to the stuff needed for the pantry and the fridge.

“I’m really excited about it, I’ll be able to see a lot more of Japan with pleasant company there with me.”
