this has really been rotting in my inbox for as long as iida dn has been alive. i was gonna write a oneshot abt it but then i realized that’s not in my zone! im an x reader writer so! i’m js gonna say what i gotta say.

before the sleepover even starts, there will bedebate if katsuki would even be coming. we all know grandpa loves to go to sleep early and probably has his perfect night routine that he wouldn’t dare to ruin. but if this is post war, i think some convincing from the boys would get him to stick around until his bedtime at least.

they would set up in the common room with mattresses lined up on the floor that surrounded the couches. an assortment of hero printed blankets and fluffy pillows are scattered throughout the room. katsuki wouldn’t insist on lighting a candle because “the boys don’t know how to properly sanitize their bodies after their grown age” and he swears he’s doing everyone a favor (he is)

mina, denki, and eijiro did the snack shopping in the lineup would be absolutely insane. protein bars, caramel popcorn, skittles, A LOT of sour candy, chip, like someone’s teeth are rotting by the end of the night. 

i think they start with some light competition because you know these hero kids love that shit. maybe a couple games of mario kart or 1v1ing on fortnite. this is where the noise complains start. after denki gets fucking annihilated in mario kart, he insist on playing dress to impress instead. eijiro end up being the only person to agree and get first place on his first two games in a row and denki has to hold back his tears (whether he’s jealous or proud we don’t really know..)

denki and hanta woukd customize the movie lineup and it’s the most random things starting with a sweet musical movie like mamma mia, and then switching to a crappy action movie like shazam. If there’s a stupid moment or ugly creature on the screen, they point out it and say “hay that’s you!” mina and kyoka (cus YES she part or of bakusqaud idc what u say!!) would insist on putting the X trilogy and denki face would switch between amused and horrified constantly throughout it.

mina would have her little corner in the couch where she’s applying everyone’s facemask and doing their nails if they ask. she has assigned everybody an animal face masks accordingly. panda for eijiro, monkey for denki, bird for kyoka, fish for hanta, bunny for her, and cat for katsuki, (he only lets her put it on after she list all the ingredients in it tells him how good it is for his skin) kyoka and eijiro get matching black nails.

katsuki would start a pillow fight just for the hell of it, set denki’s pokémon pillow on fire, try his best—and fail— to comfort him when he starts crying about it, and finally offer to buy him another one.

they would have to take an intermission halfway through sherk 2 too stalk randoms instagrams. like it would start with mina and denki looking at some of class b post and then it would become a full on investigation on their lives.

kyoka would try to start a chill live on instagram and i’d go soooo wrong when monoma joins saying “whyd your friend like my post from 2 years ago???” and everyone’s trying so hard to hold in their laughs from off screen.

hanta and denki ( and katsuki observing) would get bored and start to prank call teachers that were working late and some of class b students. they’d hit them with the classic “ is your refrigerator running, well you better go catch it!” and not even get the damn joke themselves.

they’d all be like “let’s pull an all nighter” and no one makes it past 3am. eijir woukd be the first to fall asleep. mina and denki are laughing and doddling things on his face but they are quick to follow him down. hanta sleeps at 2am chs he “doesn’t want to sleep during devil hours” kyoka falls asleep shortly after that.

y’all, don’t get me started on their group cuddles ugghhh they’re so dear to me. denki, mina, and eijiro would be absolutely tangled up in each other, limbs and hair sprawled out through the mattresses. hanta, kyoka and katuski would stay a bit farther, enjoying their personal space, but they still can appreciate the warmth from their friends. katsuki leaves to go to his room after he sees denki drooling on hanta’s elbow and smells hanta’s nighttime farts </3 (not to mention eijiro’s snoring ..)

overall, fun time! it would be a night full of laughing noise complaints, and the weirdest food combos. katsuki would comes back downstairs in the morning and they all make breakfast together while talking about their dreams.
