The hedgehog paused, eyes widening; this was... this... he didn't know how to respond. He didn't totally recognize her, no, but... there were things that seemed familiar. At first, he wasn't sure how to respond, shifting a little bit on his feet and wringing his hands together, but...

Oh, he decided he may as well be polite, instead of staring and gawking at the young {and not to mention pregnant, though he hadn't immediately noticed that} hedgehog, which no doubt was causing a bit of discomfort.

{I just haven’t been feeling Sonic like I usually do, so I feel it may be best to take a break for a little while and let him get himself into trouble. Who knows, maybe he’ll have something to talk about when he returns?}
