I barely knew you, and yet you haunt me still.

i don't feel real. my life is a collection of random collision of events played over and over. tomorrow, i'll wake up and do the exact same thing i did today. i will keep running back and forth around the spheres of my mundane life. i close my eyes and lie awake, falling into a deep pit of oblivion. who am i really? what makes my individual being distinct from all the other beings that exist or have existed? why do i live when living only means reconciling with the inevitability of death?
