Some improvised weapons are better than nothing. Others were so good that they became military issue across Europe for several centuries!
Anyway, here’s Patreon

There are sadly always other factors that can limit the accessibility of archery, but you might be surprised by how adaptable it can be!
Archery GB have some useful info if you’re looking to get involved in disabled archery

Whenever a video with a new device for launching arrows goes viral, I get a bunch of requests to fact check it. Which feels weird because if it works it works, and figuring that out from a short video is guesswork at best.
But here’s some of that thought process!
Anyway, here’s Patreon. I do more answers to requested questions there.

This is all useful additional info! And helps add context to a correction I wanted to make to the original video, which is that when I said “Iron is … more brittle”, I should have specified “cast iron”, as pure iron is actually a lot softer and not as brittle!
After possibly thousands of requests, here’s a version of the Pans video with CAST IRON pans.
Spoiler: there’s a reason weapons and armour weren’t usually made of cast iron!
Patreon now has bonus pan content!

Frying pans! Who knew, right?
Sometimes I have videos planned out in advance, sometimes I’m throwing out an old pan and can’t resist!
(There actually isn’t much pan content on my Patreon, but here’s the link anyway!)

Apart from the contour bit, none of the factors I mentioned above relate to a bow being asymmetrical.
If your technique doesn’t keep the arrow stable, it will fall off its resting place if you turn upside down. If you compensate by holding the bow the other way up and/or nocking the arrow above your hand in the new position, it constitutes a massive change to the way you need to move, aim, and release to achieve the shot.
I’m not making this up, guys, I promise!

You can, but it’s much more complicated than it seems at first glance. The bow is now the right way up with respect to gravity, but upside down with respect to you. So the arrow is on the opposite side of your hand, the pressure from the string is the opposite way around on your fingers, you need to do a completely different motion to place the arrow, any follow through technique you use is now going in the wrong direction, and any reference point you use for aiming is thrown off by the fact that the arrow is 6 inches in a different postion relative to your hand and eye. Plus depending on the bow design, any grip contouring is upside down, and if there’s no arrow shelf, you’re now shooting the arrow off the soft pad of your hand rather than your knuckle.
You could probably get used to it, but it’s always going to be slower, clumsier and less accurate than using a technique which allows you to shoot in almost exactly the same technique in both directions.
Tl:dr; holding precision equipment the wrong way in your hand produces very different results.

Context is important! Pole and sex work are inextricably linked, but there are distinctions between them. Strippers made this hobby what it is, and taught me what I know, and while I haven’t lived that life, I’m honoured to stand on their shoulders.
I hear Patreon has cool stuff
