clarifying on last ask, i meant the mod said that you can be banned for mirrorship content outside of server and game if they can track it back to you. also this was a ban made based on the mods personal opinions on mirrorships, not qwels or made for fandom safety

Yeah, just as I explained in the last ask. I only found out the last part today. It would be understandable if it was banned because there was drama occurring because of the topic. Being banned for posting it outside the server is just…no. In the game, I get. There’s already issues with bringing up other ships like fruitcake in the game. Atp no ships should be allowed in the game unless with a consenting roleplayer or you’re with friends.

Being banned for posting it on your own page is dumb. I understand it with nsfw artist because the server is full of kids and they could end up finding nsfw through profile links.

just saying, they have made it so you can be banned for the mirrorshipping stuff- saw someone ask about it in the discords question channel and a mod told them that yes, it was a bannable offence.

Yeah, I also found out it was banned because the mods didn’t like it and that Qwel wasn’t too informed. She doesn’t moderate the server. Obviously because she’s developing a game. However it seems she isn’t quite filled in on moderation changes in her server either.

I desperately need to rant.

Yesterday, a Blushcrunch mod made an update to what ships are allowed in the server. Mirrorshipping isn’t allowed to be posted within the server or in the game.

People are upset. I get why. Mirrorshipping really isn’t bad, but it can be a heated topic. I mean have you seen how people get about it on TikTok? And have you seen how the Dandy’s World fandom already reacts to ships?! Seriously, I got a death threat and harassed for two months straight for shipping berrycookie.

People act like Qwel and her mods hate it when there’s no fucking proof of this (as far as I know). People act like they’re going to be banned for shipping it. The only ships you will be banned for are pedophilia, incest, etc!

They aren’t banning mirrorshippers. They won’t ban you for posting your mirrorships on your own page. All they’re asking is to keep it out of the server and the game. If you intentionally break the rule and post inside the server, then yeah a warning or a ban’s gonna happen.

Also, the reason why I think they don’t want it brought up in the game is because of certain players. Lately, some players will follow random players around because they ship the toons they’re both playing as together. Going as far as to sexually harass players too. This is common with some fruitcake shippers (as I’ve seen on TikTok). This happened to me and a random player. A fruitcake shipper was in our run and started making weird ass comments that made us comfortable. Basically, players have been forcing their ship onto others.

The server is huge. So is the fandom. The fandom is toxic as is. I’m pretty sure the rule was added to avoid any drama that can spark hence why it’s under the “controversial” rule.

And if I’m wrong, and it’s banned because Qwel doesn’t like it. Then that’s a whole other can of worms. Blushcrunch is a community server. Not a private one.

I don’t hate mirrorshipping. I ship Ink and Error together ffs. I just hate how this fandom is taking shit out of context and not reading things in full.
