He wanted to go for a bike ride, but one of the tires on the trailer met a long thorn, and we need to replace a tube. Berlin didn't seem to mind, though. He sat buckled into the bike trailer, inside the house, for at least 30 minutes, just reading his book. I guess motion is overrated.

When he said that he wanted a cookie, I fully expected it to be destroyed within seconds, on the floor, with none of it ingested. Instead, he inhaled it, and then asked for more. But it was a cookie. Why was I surprised?
