Hi Anon! This is a side-quest area called the Flying Manor. You can access it once you unlock Esquie's ability to fly, in the end of Act 2. The next steps are super spoiler-heavy, so I'll leave them under the cut:

Once you reach the manor, talk to the shadow of the boy next to the Nevron displays. He'll explain that you need to unpaint four Nevrons to ''set her free''. These four Nevrons are bosses you encountered earlier in your playthrough. Once you defeat the four Nevrons, the huge door in the middle of the main area will unlock. You'll then be greeted by the surprise boss and, respectively, the cutscene from the gifs I posted.

However, I don’t recommend exploring the Flying Manor or fighting those bosses if you're below level 60 or if parrying isn't your strong suit. I was level 50 when I entered the Manor, it took me 279 parries and 42 dodges to fight off the first Nevron boss. And to fight the final surprise boss behind the main doors, I'd recommend you be at least level 80.
