Spontaneous delicacies... Massive #Paleo friendly #Rosemary & #Provence #organic #chicken breasts from the #todaywasagoodday #butcher wrapped in #BACON. Here in #Germany they seem to have as many words for bacon as the #Eskimos have words for #snow. This particular bacon is #Schwarzwälder #Schinken (okay they have one word for bacon... "Schinken," but there are many different types of Schinken. It seems.) I was out of #Parmesan, so I dabbed a little El Presidente #Camembert on each of the #Zucchinis and underneath the bacon on the chicken. #lchf #ketofoodporn #todaywasagoodday (at Zehlendorf)

I got to play at the lake, building sand castles with my daughter in an easy #FULLSQUAT. Thanks to @physiooutofthebox @crossfiticke for showing the way. I just started #crossfit this Spring. I was falling backwards on my butt when I was attempting #squats a few months ago. I'm still not sure if #crossfit will help make me bigger or stronger (honestly I think I've shrunk since my previous #StrongLifts training) but the variety of exercises has shown me my weakness and provided me with the tools to improve them. #Mobility #Hooray. I think I've found my new #lowcost #lchf treat: #sesameseeds! I'm a little excited. The #nutritional profile on these puppies rivals #chiaseeds for like a third of the price. Today I tried them over my latest favorite #butterfried #avocados. The #sesame really brought out the nuttiness of the avocados. #Yummy!
