hiii so sorry if this was asked before but what is your peter's nose scar from? ty ^^

it hasnt been asked and i was wondering if anyone would catch it! i think that peter probably got the scar fighting a big bad guy who was up to no good. spider powers give you a cool healing factor but that can only go so far, this was a deep one and couldnt heal completely. defintley got it young, maybe when he first got his powers. my peter is like 25-27 so its been around for awhile. he doesnt really think too much about he looks (nerd) and is fine with it. definitley some nerve damage there

I just wanted to say: I just discovered your blog and I ADORE your art style- what inspired you to draw the quick messy but still completely matching the characters vibes kind of style? if you get what I mean spent like 20 minutes admiring your art (esp your spideypool and gravity falls stuff) instead of studying for my exam tmrw and I probably am going to scroll more tldr; what inspired your art style?

Hello!!!!! First of all thank you so much for your ask this is sooooo sweet I dont get a lot of asks and I appreciate every single one i get. honestly my artstyle recently has been inspiried by childrens book illustrators. I have also been trying to make more expressive characters with less detail which is something I think is really hard to do. edit: Also the quick messy thing is something ive always done which has its downsides where I can't spend too long and really enjoy "the process" or whatever. I wish i was good at rendering and crazy detail but i am sadly terrible. thankfully i think my artslye is fine without it
