i would give anything for a season 7 tvd redo that centers kai, bonnie and their families. THEY HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED FOR A SEASON WIDE ARC. How and why the hell were Bennetts involved with a cursed family/coven from Portland? Why is the (former) sociopath so enraptured by Bonnie? What are the origins of the merge? I’m sad thinking about it. Kai was such a breath of fresh air 😭

The weird thing about it is that they still didn’t dig into the Gemini on Legacies… I’m confused as to why since that show did not have many solid subplots.

I binged part 2 and it just made me feel anxious after. Like I knew there would be angst, but this was way more than that. I don’t want to be disappointed…guess I just expected more romance and fluff between Polin after all the LW drama, but the happy end felt rushed and abrupt? So many side plots that took away from the main couple of the season and for what? Not trying to entirely hate on it, there were a lot of moments I enjoyed. They just feel overshadowed by parts that don’t sit right.
