Legacy 2023: Part 59

2024 will see many changes in my current household. I'll be moving on to Gen 2 and won't play with Joon and Jonah as much. It's very bittersweet but it makes me happy to know that 2023 was their year.

They love each other so much and I can't wait to see them grow older together as their children come into their own.

Legacy 2023: Part 58

Miribelle goes to visit Draven at his father's house. She's happy he's growing up so healthy and happy but she can't help but feel like she's missing out on so much. She wishes Alexander and his mother didn't make things so difficult.

She'll be finished with school soon, hopefully. Then they can get married and live together, if all goes well. Alexander seems distracted lately but Miribelle tells herself that it's just Draven's arrival worrying him.

It came out of nowhere...One minute Miribelle is home with Draven and the next she's been summoned to a custody hearing and being told she can't live with him anymore.

It seems Alexander's mother is concerned that Miribelle can't properly care for Draven and insisted that she and Alexander care for him in her family home in Willow Creek--at least until Miribelle finishes High School...

He says he still wants to get married but the whole custody situation leaves a sour taste in her mouth.

Maggie Mae insists on learning to ride her bike by herself, despite her dad's protests. She looks miserable the entire time...

Legacy 2023: Part 54

Just as summer was winding up, Miribelle went into labor. She went to the hospital expecting Alexander to join her--but he never showed up. Miribelle was heartbroken but holding her new baby made all her worries melt away.

He came to visit her and the new baby once she arrived home--she had hoped seeing the baby might stir up a positive reaction from him. But it did the opposite. He stuttered and stammered and excuse to hurry off shortly after arriving. Hopefully, he still wants to be married. Miribelle thinks he needs more time...

Draven Goth, she named him. An appropriately chosen name, considering his paternal side. That is, of course, if his paternal figure chooses to stay.

Joon feels so lucky to have a friend like Zoe. They've practically grown up together and still hang out often--only instead of having drinks at the bar, they have tea at Joon's house.

Growing old sucks but it's much more bearable when you have a best friend by your side.

While Miribelle is going through it, Miriam is living it up. Her and Ben snuck into a nightclub on Friday. She loves spending time with Ben but lately she wonders if she loves it a bit too much...

Miribelle requested a maternity photo with Alexander and he surprised her with an engagement request. She accepted without question but after he leaves she can't help but feel sad.

She had just come to terms with being pregnant at 17 and now she has to consider being a wife? She's already flunking out of school and disappointing her parents. Is this really going to help?

It took a while, but Miribelle eventually accepted her pregnancy.

Telling mom and dad went as well as she was expecting. At least her dad didn't scream at her like her mom did. He simply cried and gave Miribelle a generic spiel about how he'd help support her. But he didn't look her in the eyes even once...

Maybe that's worse than being yelled at.

Looks like Gen 3 is coming a little sooner than expected.

Miribelle spent the day telling her loved ones. Miriam was the first to know, then she told Alexander in Willow Creek. He took the news just as Miribelle did. Since she was in Willow Creek, she decided to stop by the Hartley's and told Rose about her sudden predicament--now she just has to break it to her mom and dad.

The Pepper sisters are all living dramatically different lives, even though they were all raised the same. Miriam is working on her collections, Maggie Mae is working on her dance skills, and Miribelle just learned her stomach bug is something more...

Legacy 2023: Part 47

Miribelle has a had a lot on her mind. She started dating Alexander Goth officially but she can't stop crushing on Rose Hartley. She made out with her again and now she's gotta come clean to Alexander. After what she went through with Bentley, she doesn't want to cause that same pain to her new boyfriend--but she has to be honest.

Summer Break started yesterday. So she's got plenty of time to come clean before the family holiday.
