Marlene is constantly doodling and drawing. She's one of the most talented artists Hogwarts had ever seen (which is so unfair according to her friends because how is she sportsy and artsy??) and it drove the girls wiiild. Her converse always had doodled stars, her notebooks were full of sketchss, and her hands would always end up decorated with little drawings by the end of the day. But no one knew about the one sketchbook Marlene had that worked for her like a diary - that's where she drew her thoughts and tried to express her feelings. This is how her notebook progressively got filled with drawings of the Slytherin girl with the dark eyes. At first Malrnene's drawigs of Dorcas were rushed, angry, intense but after some time the lines got softer, and an adoration, a gentleness could be sensed in the way Marlene drew the curve of her neck, her earrings, her beautiful hair

always check up on his friends when he notices something is up, even if it’s in subtle ways

immediately befriend harry on the train in ps and teach him about the wizarding world

write to charlie immediately so he could help hagrid out of trouble (re the dragon, norbert)

encourage neville to stand up to people, and praise him when he actually does it

help harry put on his pajamas after he broke his arm during quidditch

have to be physically restrained from attacking malfoy after he said he wished hermione had died in cos

worry about harry’s preoccupation with the mirror of erised and how it was affecting him

extend the first olive branch after fighting with hermione because of scabber’s “death” and apologising, after which she then apologises too

demand to re-try out for the position of keeper on the quidditch team because he wanted to earn it himself with no favouritism or help

choose to stay on the quidditch team despite the bullying from the slytherin team and his nerves about his flying ability

stand up to malfoy at every opportunity, when he was insulting him, but more importantly, insulting his family & his friends

save harry’s life in dh by pulling him out of the lake, and then kill the horcrux

remember the houseelves during the battle of hogwarts and worry about their safety

continue to admire and adore his older twin brothers despite the fact that they were sometimes cruel to him

imagine pandora finding out that regulus died and in a state of complete hysteria she rushes to the seaside and jumps into the ocean, trying to find her friend. she's calling out for him over and over again, screaming for her reggie until her throat goes raw. evan has to physically pry her out of the water while she kicks and screams, and barty stands at the shoreline looking utterly defeated.

Forget Harry being Teddy’s godfather for a second. Think about Felix and Charlie as co-godfathers of little baby Lupin, helping Andromeda raise him once her age started putting a strain on her ability to take care of her grandson on her own. They were as good as fathers to the boy, every day being reminded of the friend they lost through her son.

i dont like ‘such a sweet girl, a literal angel who’s got childlike whimsy who’s so silly’ pandora. i want batshit fucking insane pandora who people are terrified of ! she is a mad scientist who experienced prophetic visions and who died in a freaky experiment. i know she radiated the craziest vibes.

Evan had prophetic dreams so whenever he closed his eyes he'd see visions of the future, especially ones that involved death and peril. There were instances where these visions would take place in a first person perspective and Evan would be looking down in his hand to see himself holding a bloodied icy blue colored eye in his palm. This particular vision was always recurring and he could never figure out what it meant until he came face-to-face with Moody, who had the same icy blue eyes like the ones Evan saw in his visions.

But Evan's own death wasn't the only one he would have visions about. He would oftentimes see Barty's death as well, but he'd never remember them when he woke up. Barty, on the other hand, would sometimes catch Evan's quiet murmurs as he slept, always muttering on and on about how he "wouldn't be Barty's last kiss".

Pandora had tactile visions so when she touched something or someone associated or connected to a memory, she would see glimpses of the past or future. Once, in divination class, Pandora was reading Lily's palm lines, tracing her finger along the creases when she immediately was pulled into a vision which involved flashes of a blinding green light, a baby's screams, and the desperate cries of a woman. In the end, the vision ended with a tall, gaunt hooded figure standing over the mangled and limp body of Lily who laid in a room of what Pandora thought to be a nursery.

Felix had retrocognitions which caused him to have visions of the past, which were usually triggered by visiting specific locations where the events within these visions occur. With this power, he can remain conscious and aware of his surroundings as the visions play out like a movie right in front of him, appearing almost like a time-loop where ghosts remain oblivious to his presence (except obviously its not ghosts and instead the events which took place in the past). I could see him being able to control when he gets these visions, maybe even triggering them on purpose in a place where he spent the most time with his siblings so that he can replay special memories he had with them.

what if ... because pandora and xenophilius both came from abusive households, neither of them wanted to keep their last name. so, they created a new one. lovegood. to establish something good, healthy and loving for their relationship - and especially for the environment their child would grow up in.

pandora would make her own worry dolls, each one of them in the likeness of her friends. most of the time she’d keep them in the drawer of her bedside table, but whenever she was worried about a specific friend after having a vision about something negative happening in their lives, pandora would sleep with the doll she made for them underneath her pillow.

Lily Evans would be the only person who understood Jegulus if James told everybody about it after it ended due to the war. I think he'd tell them because the urge to confess grew too strong and he just needed to let it out in the hopes it would make the anger and disappointment go away. So he spills and then 'causally' leaves the room and Lily is the only one to follow him.

Because she GETS it. And everyone else would likely tell her to avoid him because they didn't want her getting involved in 'his mess' because they thought it was his fault for picking such a terrible person, but she wouldn't listen. She doesn't want to comfort him, she just wants to talk and relate.

Because finally she has somebody she can talk to about her own experiences with a boy who said he would change and stay by her side but didn't. Finally she can talk to somebody who understands what it's like to cling onto the idea of someone when you realise your values are getting more and more distant. She knows what it's like to have to cut contact because he took it way too far. And not only is that how James is able to mature, it's how the two of them get closer. Because nobody else understands them. Whenever she tries to talk to her friends they get that silent look of pity in their eyes and she can't stand it; she's never been able to mourn her best friend because they keep reminding her of who he is now. Because they care about her but they don't UNDERSTAND why she's still hurt. And James understands that, and he begins to understand why Lily was so close to Severus, finally.

Lily could say she wished they still hung out all summer and James would finally understand what she meant. James could say he wanted one last hug and Lily would get it.
