Just because it’s an existing media form doesn’t make it right. I’m just confused as to why ppl are acting like this has never been done before?

Really not trying to be difficult but can someone please explain to me the difference between the cat person article and what law and order/criminal minds/house/grey’s do? All of those shows base episodes on irl ppl and slightly modify them for tv with no ‘based on’ contribution.

I’m not trying to argue the ethics behind it, but this form of media has been around for awhile, no? For those shows if you are familiar with the person/case/med study you can figure out who it was based on too…

Also is ‘auto fiction’ stuff like the movie Good on Paper? I’m unfamiliar with the terminology…

Back in the day, when royals would have a taster, how long did the royals wait after their taster sampled the food before they ate it? Are most poisons back then fast working? Why wouldn’t someone just use a poison that took awhile to activate? (I know nothing of poisons so idk how long they typically take to kill their victims)

I was out with a friend tonight doing one of my fave things. Reading the backs of romance novels aloud. Found this gem.

This is honestly the most wild sounding romance novel I have ever seen and thought it might brighten someone’s day.

When I hit shuffle, I want the EXACT RIGHT SONGS in the EXACT RIGHT ORDER to play. Why is this so hard for music players to achieve. Sure I dont know what songs I actually want to listen to, much less the order, but if computers are so smart they should be able to figure it out.
