The hardest head cannon for me to accept is that Andy would have moved on past Quynh or fallen in love with anyone after she lost Quynh. Like Andy waited literal millennia to find her, what’s a few hundred years? As nice as Celeste was and as complicated as her relationship with Booker is or as much as she cares about Nile I just don’t see her pursuing a real relationship with any of them, or anyone. Especially not after she finds Quynh again. Like sex is one thing for Andy but a romantic relationship without Quynh? Sorry not happening.

So genuine question, where did the Booker is secretly in love/obsessed with Nicky idea come from? Like going through the Joe x Nicky tag in AO3 I found a few with Booker x Nicky thrown in. It’s usually one sided but sometimes Nicky feels something back. Personally the Joe x Booker thing makes more sense to me, I can see how a one sided thing might develop there. Anyway, no shade to Booker x Nicky shippers I just want to know where this idea came from. If anyone has any theories I would love to hear them.
