Once a mighty titan Currentcrash was almost unstoppable, but after a clash with the decepticon titan Tidalwave he was critically injured. In order to save his life Ratchet split him into five bots these being Mariner a female stealth operative who enjoys blowing stuff up, Coastal a male scout who enjoys out speeding his opponents, Aircarry a female aircraft carrier who focuses more on her allies than herself who has two Minicons named Rudder and Flare who are jets, Wartide the weapons specialist who can decimate cover in a single shot, and Cargohull a cargo ship that enjoys melee combat. Once on Earth they landed near a naval base and scanned the fleet plus a nearby cargo ship, using these they would ferry Autobots to and from locations blocked by water without Decepticon notice.

Cyrus’ desk was flooded with complaints again. being the sole member of the mecha complaint branch was difficult, though he was somewhat relieved to stop having complaints about the V0R-T3X mecha. The WHR1 was the new paperwork dump for his desk Cyrus couldn’t understand why it was still functional, the WHR1 was the skinniest mech in the arsenal, it’s cockpit made up most of the torso, the legs were missassembled giving them a chicken like look, and it had claws instead of hands. Cyrus did know deep down why it was still around the WHR1 was expensive, 360 degree joints, and an ai assistant, wait ai? Couldn’t Cyrus talk to it he sighed as he got up from his desk and made his way to the hanger. As Cyrus made his way there, and as usual voices rang out in the hall “uh oh someone pissed off Cyrus the Cyclone!” Cyrus had to ignore it he didn’t care for his nickname but he knew his anger issues and quick paperwork completion time had caused it. As he walked lost in thought he ran into the janitor, who quickly helped him up which caused Cyrus to notice Tailgate crudely written over his name tag “hey you okay?” Cyrus didn’t expect Tailgate’s voice to be so… cute no that couldn’t be right! “Hello earth to Cyrus?” Cyrus quickly got up and hurried away shaking his head. Arriving in the hanger he climbed the scaffolding to the WHR1 mecha “ahem, WHR1 come online” the mecha’s singular yellow eye flickered on and darted to Cyrus “what?” Its voice was raspy and seemed annoyed “I have been receiving complaints from pilots about-“ “oh the ones who couldn’t handle me?” Cyrus seemed confused “couldn’t handle you?” “Yeah! wait ain’t you Cyclonus? “Pardon?” The mech had combined Cyrus’ name and nickname? “My name is Cyrus” “Cyclonus sounds cooler so imma call you that. So what do you want with me?” Cyrus rubbed his temples “you’re making pilots sick and ignoring controls” “uugghhh those pilots don’t know what they’re doing and those orders are stupid!”

Imma leave that there because I don’t know what to add. I like the idea of whirl being a mech because that’s what his g1 toy was originally made for.
