Air Element/ Thoughts/ Action 🌬🌪

In life we move through certain cycles that call upon a range of different energies and aspects; You are currently in a phase of action and moving forward. Air is one of the most important elements for our Survival on this planet. We can live without food and water for short periods of time, but we cannot live without the breath. We have a deep relationship to the element of air and constantly invite the sacred breath inside of us to Keep us Alive. Air brings life, and life creates breath.

The presence of air brings with it many different properties; It is a symbol of change and New Beginnings. When winds blowing through, it renews and refreshes the old stale vibration. The air also moves seeds from one place to another, allowing for rebirth and New Creation. Soft gentle winds bring the Cool Breeze on a warm day, while in The Other Extreme gale force winds can destroy all in their path, making way for new. Air is also the symbol of the Mind, evoking the imagination, dance and movement. Allow your breathing to find its natural flow, and spend some time in the Stillness receiving the blessings from the process.

Fire governs the realm of passion and intensity and ignites our desires. Fire has the power to transform all it touches and represents our determination and drive, action, movement, passion, anger, strength, sexuality, achievement, mastery, optimism, liveliness, pleasure, perseverance, courage, self-assertiveness, virility, zeal, motivation, and enthusiasm. Because it is the element of the passions, it gives courage and strength to fight for quality of life. Fire banishes negativity and overcomes obstacles.

There is no better day than today to communicate and express yourself. It is a time to communicate your thoughts and feelings and anything you may have been suppressing up till now. Let It Go and Let it Flow out in the way you communicate and express yourself. Ride the wave of your soul and connect not only to your truth, your voice as well as your throat chakra but also to the water element. It will benefit you greatly. It may feel like a big risk... But relax and breathe! This will only create blockages and imbalances. You're worthy of being heard. Have you been holding back out of fear or worry? Have you been getting issues around your throat? Is there something you feel like you need to get off your chest? Do you struggle to find the right words? Let go of the stagnant and stale energy.
