Racing Elevator pitch
You are the red car, and your goal is to destroy as many different coloured cars as much as you can. Every car you hit, you will gain one point, and every car you miss, you lose two points. This game will be set on a racing track.
The genre is racing/obstacle.
The mechanics of the game will be a mouse following based game, and if you want it to be more challenging, you can use the left, right arrow or AD keys.
Absolute time killer for those who are bored!

Asteroid Post Mortem
The editing of the asteroid is done in Piskel, filling the asteroid with green. The behaviour and spawing of the Green Asteroid is derieved from the behaviours of the Black Asteroid. I added another collision function and life point deduction at the beginning of the game and set it to 10 lives.
One way I could've improved my prototype was actually spending more time understanding the delete function in the game, making sure that when the asteroid is shot, it is destroyed. Another thing I would've done if I was more nit-picky is to create a death animation, which would show combustion and explosion, and giving it time before the scene changes to 'Game Over'.

Asteroid Development Post
So I have recently tried using some of the image editing features built into GDevelop to change the colour of the asteroid, but a few problems I encountered were changing the images used in other objects, which forced me to go back to File Explorer and make a duplicate of the jpg. By using collisons on the bullet and asteroids, I attempted to at a delete behaviour to the asteroids, but it didn't seem to work, so I just stuck with the randomised movement behaviour. With the green medium asteroid, if the bullets collided with it then it the player would lose 10 lives, instantly ending the game.

Asteroid Elevator Pitch
Playership Survival
Playership Survival is an asteroid game that utilises the typical mouse tracking mechanics and left click shooting, but there is a catch. The black asteroids act like your typical damaging asteroid, where you lose lives if you collide with them and destroy them if you shoot them, but then there is the green asteroid. They are passive asteroids which do not collide when you make contact with them, however if you shoot them, you lose all your lives and the game is over.

Platformer Blog #3
So the general idea of my platform is going to be a smaller character where it tries to avoid being stomped by humans. My character would either be a mice or slime, but I'm open to new ideas. The genre of the game would be web-based/casual platformer game, that resembles the flash type design.
The primary mechanics of this game would be the simple left and right arrow keys to move the character laterally, and the up arrow to jump.
Hopefully my sibling or parents will be willing to try this game and be entertained by it. I will also let some of my uni friends to have a go at my game

Platformer Blog #2
Here is my GDevelop platformer experimentation, using a dirt and grass platform with an alien like player. In order for the player to move with flow, I've incorporated seven player images, set frame by frame in the animation section to create the illusion that it is walking, jumping and falling. GDevelop's condition blocks are simple and straight forward. So far, pretty cruisy.

About Me
My name is Bourne, I study Games and Interactive Environments at QUT, and I am interested in various types of games. My objective is to use my learnt abilities at QUT to create a platformer game. It'll be a fun project because it incorporates aspects of other popular platform games such as Geometry Dash, Super Mario and Sonic. The project will utilise the arrow and space bar mechanics. The genre will be a more modern design of the aforementioned games, taking inspiration from the 'coolmaths' or 'android games' style artwork. this project may appeal to mobile gamer or high school students who want to kill time.
I've been trying to first replicate the fundamental structure of all of these games so that I can incorporate it in a unique way.
