my biggest pet peeve in the world is when landlubbers design cool fantasy pirate cabins but completely forget that they’re on a fucking boat. yeah here’s a loose shelf with 50 glass bottles of rum on the top shelf. no there isn’t any sort of guard on the edge. “yeah sorry cap’n we hit One Wave a little weird and every single glass item you own crashed into the ground at once”

Hey guys! I am a day late with this Valentines post, but oh well. HAPPY LATE VALENTINE'S DAY! My s/o and I decided to do a collab together to celebrate the love month. We both drew our ocs (Jun on the left, Faustus on the right) to just have fun with it. I always have so much fun drawing with them, being creative, and more importantly, just outright spending time with them in any sort of way. They have really brightened my world and make me happy with how funny, kind, and creative they are. I admire them so much.

    Ok, I've been really into Monster Hunter lately, so you best believe I've been integrating my OCs into this universe. BUT this isn't one of my OCs xD

    This is Marc, my s/o's FFXIV OC, that they've allowed me to doodle in the MH world. I've thought about him being a Wyverian, a scholar of the Guild, travelling around the New World with the goal to simply just learn.

    I'm super happy with how he turned out, he's a lad that much deserves a good drawing~ So if you're curious to see more of Marc, I suggest you go to my datemate's Twitter or Tumblr if you want to see their art, WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! CLUB REDACTED 🧿🍷

OKAY SO this is an old idea (like 10+ years) and it spawned from the Portal fandom but is pretty separate from it now. It was a collab between Bowlersandtophats and I back in the day, and it was mostly some romances set in this club that was meant to evoke old timey glamour.

I've been thinking about it more lately, esp since the world has changed a lot since then. Like, I realized that there is pretty much no way it would have survived the pandemic for long.

If I were to write it now, I think a lot of the theme would be about endings, with an author coming to visit and documenting the history and the last hurrah before the club is gone forever.

-Marcella trying to keep things going despite everything and being pestered to return home to Italy by her brother Ciel -Whitney coming to the US to see the club her cousin (the bookkeeper) always talked about and getting a crush on Ciel -Vlad coming to see his ex Riley to think of the good times while he also deals with things happening in Russia and how he may never see it again -The employees looking to find new jobs if they haven't already

Etc etc! It's a story about endings, and sometimes, about new beginnings.

Happy Holidays everyone~!

 I hope everyone has been getting ready for the holidays, or have been enjoying them thoroughly! I wanted to draw something with the Prismatica girls to celebrate, drawing different outfits with them as they enjoy their own gathering!

 Vampunya was in charge of getting cookies baked for the season, plating some for Santa alongside a glass of milk. Ursali insisted she get the decorations set for the gathering, absolutely adoring all the starry ornaments and lights she got to choose and arrange. And Florienna was in charge of getting everything wrapped and being extra help where she could be! Her Cattamole helped as well, making sure everyone was happy during the celebration.

 I know this season can be rough for some people as well, I get pretty down during these times too - thanks seasonal depression. But I just want everyone to know that as we approach the end of the year, and this is also aimed at comforting myself too, to not be afraid of what's to come. The world may be falling a part around us, but it's certainly not the end of it. There are people out there that are still fighting for you, even if you don't know them. There are still people out there that care about your voice. The years before have been such a wake up call. It's up to us to turn things around, and you're certainly not alone in doing so.

 We're all in this together. You matter to this world. Be kind to yourself. ♡

 I hope you, I hope everyone has a comforting end of the year. And thank you for sticking around~

These two are quite the pair, Morte a more serious gal with a cold exterior and a warm heart, and then there's Reed who's a cheeky hot rod with an obsession of the 50's style. They may bicker at each other sometimes, but in the end they love their teasing and having each others' backs no matter what. And they have a wonderful kiddo together~
