She remembered being a teenager with fleeting wishes of amnesia, so that she may fall in love with him a second time. Then of course, Percy did get amnesia, and Annabeth regretted wishing such a thing. It turned out that it was possible to fall in love again in endless ways.

“Usually,” she answered.
