like imagine. it's percy in a really tight situation rn. he's tempted by his humane insecurities, risking trusting a suspicious primordial goddess. but he's choked, because he wants to be perfect. he wants to be enough. we see a torn expression on walker's face. indecision and doom is hanging in the atmosphere.

then we cut to some pop music blaring in the background. leah's lips are touched up with lipstick a close up shot. her cheeks are brushed with powdered pink. we see her spinning around in some dresses while giggling with the servants (+reyna cameo). she's shooting star eyes at the mirror with someone gives her a grand reveal of her new gorgeous hairstyle.

oh, where were we again? oh yeah. we cut back to percys life or death situation or whatever.

like not that she’s never seen an inter-racial couple before but seeing this white guy who you thought was a god is super attractive kind and powerful date an equally powerful attractive and kind black girl ??

i feel like no one ever talks about how genuinely attractive annabeth would be. like, she’s a badass warrior who would do anything for the people she loves, she’s a genius, she’s funny, and she’s realistic. so however you picture her aside, her personality is just so insanely attractive to me. like yes i would date you and do whatever you say

yeah i know everybody has said this or thought this before. will that stop me from making paragraphs after paragraphs? no.

annabeth and percy are actually the perfect duo.

no i don’t just mean in their relationship.

annabeth, (being the daughter of athena and all) will always be the one coming up with attack strategies or tricks. but…percy is so good at actually pulling them off.

in one book she says she’s all ideas, not mechanics. while she might be a good fighter, she isn’t as good as percy. whatever insane idea she might have, percy will do it. he’s also brave, which helps with the fact that most of her ideas involve distractions and lots of fighting and trickery.

not that he’s not smart and he can’t do anything like that. but, with many books as an example, he likes simply charging in. he doesn’t really go in with a “strategy.” most of the time it works out anyway because he’s *super* powerful.

but think of how many times he would’ve been absolutely obliterated if annabeth hadn’t kept him on the right track. she thinks ahead. he thinks moments before he gets his face socked in. i just think this is another reason that they’re perfect together. annabeth is basically just telling him what to do while he obliterates everyone. you cannot tell me otherwise.

(P.S.- i was reading the demigod files and got this idea cause we’ve all thought this, but i just realized how big it is.)

I was reading Tower Of Nero and I got to the chapter where Apollo basically confirms that Jason is dead to Nico, and I finished the chapter and Will said "Nico only slips into Italian when hes really upset" and how come everyone in this fandom just glosses over the fact that Nico speaks Italian when hes upset???? Like what????? I can't stop thinking about this???? Helppppp 😭

I have a dark Percabeth headcannon that Percy gets like cabin fever if he’s away from the ocean too long (bc the sea doesn’t like to be restrained), and when they’re older and married they have to move to a landlocked state for Annabeth’s job, and Percy goes scarily insane and just isn’t himself, they start fighting every night. This goes on for about 6 months and it gets so bad to the point of them almost getting divorced, but then they go and stay in NY for a week and suddenly Percy is calm and happy again, and Annabeth figures out what’s wrong with him and doesn’t hesitate to quit her job and move back to NYC with him so that he can feel better.

Concerning Snippets from PJO Chalice of the Gods

Annabeth didn't give Percy any warning. Didn't talk to him. Didn't tell him what she was thinking and just pushed him off the edge, not even knowing if this water was breathable to Percy, AND since he wasn't even prepared he could have easy lost his hold on this important staff.

Now he's fighting this unknown god, Elisson, who guess what wants to cause Percy pain.

Yeah, Annabeth, what did you think was going to happen? Oh, wise one *sarcastic*. At least Percy thinks of more than himself and wants to keep his partner safe.

Here Percy's been through the ringer, forced into this situation BY ANNABETH, and Annabeth, who is safe up on the cliff, is just tapping her wrist like it's a watch because she's impatient for her boyfriend to hurry up. Like girl, this god could kill Percy and has already hurt him, and this is how you react.

Look, I don't care if anyone likes Annabeth or not, but this kind of behavior, not to mention so many more things, is just so concerning to me. Percabeth is not a healthy relationship, and it never has been.

It's just so concerning that this is what been taught to as early as elementary school kids about what is a "healthy" relationship. Not to mention how many times Annabeth has elbowed Percy, kicked his shins, and calls him stupid. Let's not forget the judoflip in HOO either, where Annabeth puts her knee on Percy's chest and presses her forearm against his throat and tells him not to leave her, LIKE HE CHOSE TO BE KIDNAPPED. Instead of ya know, hugging him and telling him she loves him.
