Howdy folks, it's that time of year again where i am...behind on projects and not in a good place for it (curse you failing mental health and your counterproductive ways)

so i'm back to posting, er, panic doodles i suppose! here's Dion but ported into a Dungeons of Drakkenheim game. he's a Battlemaster Fighter here!

It could be because im still feeling very tired, but i was struck with a weird existential moment while redrawing an old-ish doodle for break

i'll be deleting the layer the old doodle is on, the drawing entirely replaced by a newer version of itself, one im more satisfied with. does the newer version feel grief that the previous version is no more? is it also satisfied that the other is gone? though the drawing is the same individual, are they different people because they were drawn at different times and during different circumstances?

i dunno man, anyway this is the doodle in question:

díon already has a bit of a poor reputation in nikos' eyes for his weird habits, but sometimes, sometimes its funny to be foreboding

Another kenta-v.Ez. track, you know that that means: ⚠️ Loud sound warning! This song has a heavy distorted bass kick that is not easy on the ears

there are a couple of songs that have the right sound byte for KK's Vs. noise, and i think this one is the easiest to locate/describe :0 it's the very first distorted "pulse" you'd hear at the beginning of this song

thinking about DJ Apotheotic details on break that i cant exactly communicate through brief doodles

even though he has that whole Need To Look Professional front going, he still talks very much like how he normally would (which, for lack of a better descriptor, has the energy of a "totally radical dee jay / surfer dude from the 80s, yo")

he's so scared 80% of the time he's out in front of other people, for a few different reasons (...all of which i'd forgotten in the five seconds it took for me to think about wording reason #1. curse you, brain worms). he hides that behind his 'cool guy' persona, but he's got such a hair trigger temperament right under the surface that it doesn't take much to make him flinch or jumpy or otherwise snappy
