today, 11/26/24, amal reached out to me to share that she and her family are in the worst condition they've been in yet. their tent on the beach of Deir al-Balah was recently flooded due to a low pressure system, which brought strong winds and cold. this happened in the middle of the night, and unfortunately, they lost their tent and everything inside. additionally, maryam, who is less than 2 years old, became sick because of the water and cold temperatures. this situation has understandably greatly disheartened amal, and she's turned to us for help.

amal and her family need our help now more than ever. she's asking for donations to help her get back what they lost in tents and belongings- all essentials that they need to survive. any amount that you can give is appreciated and truly helpful. amal is scared because donations are coming in slowly- please, bring her some hope and support her family.

their gofundme is currently at €56,188/€75,000, but as amal has clarified here, this amount does not accurately represent the money they have on hand. as she's requested, "Don't look at how much the campaign has earned, but look at how many people it has [been] spent on and how much life costs in Gaza." please, heed her words and give anything you can spare, at least to help them recover their lost supplies. share her gofundme and her posts as well- the more eyes on her fundraiser, the better. thank you, from me and her.
