Sora char arc ramble

People talking about Sora needs to learn independence and self reliance and it’s like

Brah this is a Japanese game about friendship and that right there is a western as fuck idea.

If anything him developing a sense of self worth in 4 will be in relation to his connection with others. That he has more to offer than just being the happy go lucky friend who will make you feel better when you’re having a hard time. Or the friend who values his life less than yours to the point he’ll off himself for you, no questions asked. Sora brah, you’re worth more to your friends ALIVE dammit.

That you can rely on your friends both in moments and strength and at your super low points. I don’t know why Sora seems to have forgotten this. He hasn’t had issues looking to Donald and Goofy to cheer him up at his low points. But I guess Dream Drop was the first time he’s legit, no holds barred failed so.
