I’ve come to realize that the reason why I haven’t shifted is because I don’t think I can do it. I don’t have any more doubts about shifting itself. I don’t think “wait, what if it doesn’t exist? What if it’s a collective lie?”. I already believe in shifting fully and completely.

But I don’t believe in myself.

Every time I attempt to shift I get motivated because now I know it’s real and that everyone can do it, but something in my head just goes “no, you can’t”. And every time I say “I want to shift tonight. I will shift tonight” something goes “no, you won’t”.

I’ve known about shifting for five years, I’ve been trying for that much time, I’ve never got to my dr. I don’t feel bad or sad about it anymore, but now it’s like I got so used to “failing” that I just think “yeah, well, I’m going to wake up here just like everyday anyway. I’ll try later”.

It’s very frustrating, but at least I know what’s wrong now. I just need to fix it, I guess.
