Stress serves an important purpose- it enables us to respond quickly to threats and avoid danger. But exposure to stress may lead to mental health difficulties like:
โข anxiety
โข depression
โข increased physical
health problems
Try to avoid people who stress you out. I spend time with my friends and family, who can listen to what I have to say. For me, it is a natural way to relax and reduce my stress. When we make physical contact with someone, our body produces a hormone that suppresses our fight-or-fight reaction. It is like you unwind or sometimes to manage my stress. I do physical activity to improved my sleep. I cannot sleep well when I'am stress, so I exercise like jogging and squat to help myself.

Stress is the things in our mind ,this is our problems in life that we are over thinking about whats happening to our life
How do i manage my own stress, When im being stress i think the things that im doing to feel better is to cry out this feelings that making me feel stress and find someone to talk about the things thats happening to my life and sometimes that person is my boyfriend and my mom like when im being pressured to school cause im feeling like i dont belong there because of my lack of skills and that im so shy im so nervous i cant be like them, I open up with my bf on why am i acting that way like im not on my self my mind is not with me and im crying all night because of school , Then he said to me that its ok you can be like them too just pursue it if you really wanted to be like them so dont you be so stress out by it just be you self your are there because you want to learn more , And my mom when i also open up to her when i said that my scores are not that high like others its making me feel down on my self but she says that no its ok atleast you have scores right it ok for me atleast your doing best in school then its ok dont compare your self to them, appreciate small fights
So that it when im being stressed im crying to feel better , find someone to talk about what happening in my life and when im stressed im eating because eating is like my comfort zone when i eat its making me feel better too , thats all thankyou

So now im going to share what are the things or ways that im doing when i study before the exam this are the steps for my study
โขThe first thing that i do is to plan on where can i study and what time that i can study without any loud noises.
the place where can i study is in our house and the time is about 9-11pm where people is asleep
โขSecond after that i know where can i study and the time then now im going to make a Reviewer for every subjects and Study this about every 30mins then the other subjects too
โขThird is to re-study my reviewer ,But not to familiarize it but to learn it about the topic
โขThe Fourth step is im going to take a nap, if ever that i didnt finish studying my reviewer for the other subjects then i will continue for the next night
โขNext is im going to have a 1 day rest before the exam , so my mind is not pressured on the day of my exam
โขNext after the exam , Im treating my self with foods its like rewarding my self because i past through the exams

Becoming more upbeat helps my self to control my stress. Avoid thinking too much and schedule some alone time. where i can unwind, and keep bad ideas out of my head. Additionally, you can locate a listener or someone with whom you can speak. Be positive and look for the good in every circumstance because everything happens for a reason.
And my own perspective on how i handle stress is just to simplify things. All people had experienced stress and they get anxious about it . I dont let any problems get into me in a sense that i will end up stressing myself i remeber the saying " hayaan mong ang problema ang mamroblema sayo" .

Share your study habits. Techniques
Keeping organized is one of my study habits.
I normally jot down my assignments and to-do lists, then go through them in the planner at the start and end of the day to stay on track. I also create a study plan so that I know when a test will be held, what types of questions will be asked, and what topics will be addressed. From there, I'll have plenty of time to prepare. And also i played music so that i can relax at the same time. It's also important for me to concentrate and avoid distractions.

MY STUDY HABITS
It is so hard to study in college. For me, I don't care about having a high grades anymore. All I want is to survive the college life.
I am not a night owl person to study but I woke up early in the morning around 3-4 a.m just to review my recent lessons. I want a peaceful place to study because I can focused a lot. And also I memorize them 6-10 times just to remember it.
I think this is all my habits when studying that I wanted to share with you.๐

HOW DO YOU MANAGE STRESS
In my situation, I'm experiencing stress often. I cry a lot when I'm alone, I get easily angry, I get hurt easily and I don't even have an appetite. The smile I wear sometimes is fake because I just want to socialize with other person with a positive feelings. I even think about doing a suicide because I'm tired in everything. And also staying inside my small room does not have any help just to overcome my situation.
But how do I manage stress?
I go out and roam around. I want to see people wearing smile into their faces. I took a picture a lot of myself and editing them just to make myself a good looking one. I also want to get some fresh air and see the beautiful nature. I am talking with my family over the phone and also to be with my boyfriend. And also to see some butterflies.
These are some of the situation I did whenever I feel stressed.

when they ask me if what is my study habits i always say, i always do a task even isn't for this time, then eating some fruits while writing my own task for this day, some of our students know this scene, because they're always doing this too haha, we really think about the good sides of having a good mind to study there's some factors can affect on my study habits the number 1 is, tiredness haha, sometimes having tiredness moments can affect on what was my habits in particular day or moment and I'm glad because i do this habits without saying do it.

My study habits
Studying while working is difficult and tiring. A week of just pure working and a day to go to school. Since I am a blended student, there is only one day that I can able to go to school. Before the examination week, I want to have a relaxation moment, to the point that all my worries about work and about my problems be taken away by the beautiful creation. Even just a day, I just want to relax and have fun because of the stress about work and the pressure for the upcoming examination. I believe that when youโre mind is at peace, you can think freely and you can focus on studying. One of my study habits is writing down and summarizing all the important details about the topic and the pointers to review for each subject. It is my habit that while Iโm writing and memorizing, Iโm listening to my favorite songs and worship songs because it can make me feel calm and relax. Listening to music makes me think freely like when Iโm doing this blog. Another study habits of mine is that while Iโm reading my written notes/reviewer, Iโd love to eat and as much as I can, I donโt want to pressure myself even though Iโm not good in memorization. I think that my study habits can help me pass my subjects this semester and I will continue this study habits of mine until I finish my study.

How do you manage stress?
Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. No favoritism, it can happen to all of us. Life is stressful. Life will always throw you challenges, problems, uncontrolled thoughts and emotions. Itโs up to you, how you will manage all of that. It is how you will manage stress. We must overcome stress. Not stress will over power us. Stress can make us feel sick. It can affect our mental health and when our mental health is affected, our physical body will suffer. When Iโm feeling stressed, I just want to do the things that makes me happy. The things that can make me feel that I am enough because sometimes, life throws me thoughts that makes me feel so useless and there are so many unexplained feelings and thoughts that are running through my head. As much as I can, in order for me to clear my mind and to manage stress, I always eat all of my favorite foods while listening to music. When Iโm feeling stressed, Iโd love to go on a roadtrip to see beautiful creations and I want to be with my partner and gradually releasing the thoughts and feelings that make me feel stressed. Always value your emotions and thoughts because they are valid. Do everything that makes you happy so that stress will not have power over you.

My study habits
Im Jerbin Jongco and this is my study habits. Due to lack of financial support I am the one who is supporting my self in my tuition fees and other academic fees. It is hard for me to do both studying ang working because my current work needs time and energy my work is more on lifting. It is hard for me to study after work because sometimes I came home late at night and when I came home early I am answering my module, reading all the lectures and writing all the important details that i can used when i am a certified public accountant. Simply studying without direction is not effective. I need to know exactly what you need to accomplish during each study session. Before I start studying, set a study session goal that supports my overall academic goal.Always make sure to take good notes in class. Before I start each study session, and before I start a particular assignment, reviewing my notes thoroughly to make sure that I know how to complete the assignment correctly. Reviewing my notes before each study session will help remember important subject matter learned during the day, and make sure that I am studying is targeted and effective. I am combining working and studying because I have a goal in life that is to be a happy and successful person.

Public health actions, such as physical distancing, can make us feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety.Sometimes even small problems can stop you from doing the things that you love because of what you called fear. But for me as a jolly person I just want to bring hapiness to others. I want everyone around me are smiling, i want to share the good vibes to everyone because it make me happy when everyone around me are laughing through the jokes that i am saying. If you feel you are tired then take a break you dont have to push your self into the limit. Always remember that life is not a race it is all about how happy and satisfied in your life. If you succeed then celebrate. Treat yourself in something that makes you happy. Buy clothes,shoes,bags or everything that makes you feel satisfied.Eat healthy foods, travel around the world, treat yourself to succeed your satisfaction in life. Talk with others you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling. Share your problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent and friends. This is the way how i manage stress.

HOW DO YOU MANAGE STRESS
Life can be stressful and my ways of dealing with stress is by doing some exercise, having enough sleep, avoiding negative thinking, and eating some foods that I like because it makes me feel better.
Doing some exercise helps my body for freeing from stress hormones and increases my endorphin levels which are responsible for feelings of happiness. Having enough sleep helps my body and brain to restore energy and think more positive things.
Avoid negative thinking. I acknowledge positivity in my life, like when some people do bad thing to me, I always think that there's always a valid reason why they are doing it, and sometimes I listen to some kundiman songs because I feel relaxed when I listen and think about what life was before.
