i had the weirdest, saddest dream about buddie. there was a goodbye party for eddie who chose to go back to texas after the funeral. but at the same time bobby was there?! anyway, buck didn’t attend the party because he didn’t want eddie to go (i suppose he didn’t talk to eddie about it but this is just what i saw in the dream lmao). eddie was obviously worried but couldn’t leave his own party to go look for buck. eventually someone knocked on the door when eddie was alone and chris was asleep and there, eddie found buck with a broken arm in a makeshift sling (weirdest thing ever i swear) and hobbling towards him (because even one of his legs was hurt???? who knows honestly) until he had no choice but to take him into his arms. then, eddie held him up, obviously, but it was buck who squeezed him with a death grip, babbling nonsense and begging him not to go. then i fucking woke up but eddie obviously promised they wouldn’t leave before i opened my eyes.
