Some Wl tips bc I have a million
1. Exercise! Anyone who is telling you do pilates or yoga is lying to you! (or it’s not a actual pilates/yoga) Low intensity cardio is the way to go! Walking burns the most kcal out of most workouts! Running surprisingly doesn’t, because it more urgently needs something to fuel you so it’s normally whatever you are today. When walking it dips in to reserves of fat like thighs! ITS SO IMPORTANT TO GET 10,000 STEPS A DAY! It’s one of the best kcal burners, and so easy. Take 2,500 step walks in increments if that helps! I personally am an early bird, so I do 4 miles every morning by a park near my house. (It can get me pretty close if not I get there through regular day to day activity)
2. Mental fasting! Everyone knows that when you’re in an extreme deficit or fast that after the beginning the real challenge gets in your mental state. I’ve found that after a while it’s pretty hard to distinguish fullness and hunger. You can trick your brain into not being hungry! I personally love to repeat, “I’m so so full.” There are other things you can say, so test around and see if it works for you!
3. Diet! If you’re a young girl like me (Tween-Twenties) getting a lot of protein and meat is essential! Now, the downside is they have a bunch of saturated fats. I personally recommend opting for fish as meat! Try limiting eating all meat to 3 times a week. Not only is it better for wl, but also the environment! When doing full fasts the benefit is going into ketosis after a few days. Obviously this can get difficult, but apparently if you eat boiled egg whites sparingly and certain veggies it shouldn’t break your ketosis!
4. Eating habits! Like I said earlier try to convince yourself otherwise, but sometimes that rumble in your stomach isn’t gonna get fooled. Try eating as intuitively as possible! Low kcal high space! Kale is a great one! It’s super low kcal, but if you eat a bunch of it you’ll feel full. Same with watermelon. (Most fruit and veg. Go off your preference just do some research to make sure it’s low kcal bc some aren’t like grapes!)
5. Feeling like you want to binge? Watch some mukbang videos like Nickacado Advocado. Also shows like 600 pound life. I also like going on pinterest and if you get the right algorithm, and the right keywords it’ll show obese people next to thin people. You don’t want that to be you? Do you? Listening to chewing sounds also help ruin appetite!

If you’re dizzy, sit/lay down.
If you’re dehydrated, drink some water.
If you’re hurting too bad from working out, take a ten minute break.
If you’re weak/hurting from going days without eating, get a small snack.
You have to take care of your body even when losing a lot of w3!ght. I know you want to lose as fast as possible, but it’s hard to lose at all if you’re in the hospital.

OMADing works best for me too. I can usually go 24hrs, maybe 48, and then omad and Im good but if I try to do longer without anything, I end up eating more when I do break.
How i manage to stay binge free!!
1st off keep what works and leave what doesn’t! our body’s and minds are all different. this isn’t all the tips in the world so do you’re own research and find what helps you, and what you can realistically maintain.
1. @na Rules
- honestly i find it harder to keep consistent with specific rules. You’re bound to break one maybe a food ur not meant to eat or a missed exercise, i think it’s harder to get back on track and once you’re in the “i’ve fucked up my diet” mindset it’s hard to get out and get back to it. I typically set a guideline and go somewhere near it but not pay to much mind if i go over. however i see this really helps some other people to have a strict limit
2. GASLIGHT
- GUYS I GASLIGHT MYSELF SO HARD EVERY DAY. This is probably the most important thing for me. I gaslight myself into thinking i’m scared of food and it works. I also gaslight myself into thinking i can’t binge and don’t like food. this is probably one of the most important things for me.
3. trial and error
- you have time WEIGHT LOSS TAKES TIME!! and obviously you’re here because u want to lose fast but don’t feel afraid or like you’re falling behind if you eat more or exercise less then others. Don’t be scared if you don’t lose or gain, figure out what’s going wrong / right and what will work for you.
4. consuming content
i try to not surround myself or interact with content that mentions or normalises binges. not in a shame way but i think it has helped in some way. maybe this is just a ritual or me gaslighting myself but its genuinely helped. also doing the opposite and consuming stuff on ana helps (like reading through diagnosis criteria, studies and documentaries. anything really im just kinda a nerd)
extra:
I know a lot of people who rely on binging or binge because they’re upset ect (i’ve never gone to this so my advice isnt the best here) but recognise the cycle and break out of it, by doing what works best for you (which probably isn’t fasting lol 😭) I know it can be really hard in the moment to recognise when you fall into these patterns and harder to break out but up build self confidence, don’t hate your body for the point you’re at.

Today was our family reunion. No one told me until this morning. I went and we had food but it was overall, meh. 🫤 i dressed how I like and no one batted an eye. My aunt said she liked my hair tho! Which was nice! 😊 I definitely ate too much… again… but it’s ok. Imma take a lax and fast until my fiancée comes to visit. Which is either tomorrow night or Monday night! :3
