Are you doing relatively okay? I haven't heard from you in a while.

I'm okay, just busy and lacking any drive for writing and art lately. To be sure I'm not dead everyone can look at my cohost account, which is like a weird mix of mastodon and tumblr.

I apologize for worrying people, but I live with friends now that don't let me sit in my room like a hermit and be online all day like I used to XD

Heyo! I decided to make another 'make your own' style PSD and put it up for sale on my Ko-Fi page. It is a pay what you want file, so you may download for free if you like, though I do appreciate tips <3

The file is designed to be used for a beginner that may not know how to draw but REALLY wants to make a character. I feel that pain, I used to play with flash games when I was little to make your own ponies and the like! Everything is labled and locked for easy coloring so anyone using any program that can open PSD files can use it. There are no fancy layer styles so it should be able to be opened and used in GIMP, which is a free editing program.

Anyway I hope you guys like and have fun with it! If you do make characters out of it please show me I would love to see them :,3

An update! My gofundme is nearly completely funded! Moving is hella expensive, so anything contributed after the goal is met will be used for moving stuff! Gas goes up and so does everything else. Everyone is so generous and I am touched by everyone's kindness. :,)

Thank you all so much for helping me with this. Currently I am putting my stuff in storage and heading down to look for places next week. Hopefully soon I'll be able to come back and grab my things, but at least I'll know it will all be safe in storage.

Also apologies for being gone for so long. Me and my pets are okay, but I'm scrambling around for new housing and it's eating up a lot of time :V Hopefully things will settle down soon and I can get back to making stuff and interacting with folks again :3

Hi! My name is Ronnie, I used to be afraid of Tarantulas but after 10 years of research I’m no longer afraid of them and got myself a Mexican Red Knee, I love her she’s beautiful and she’s super docile like I cannot express how much I love her, but She’s never molted in my care yet but she like webbed up a bunch of substrate and blocked herself into her burrow. She’s refusing food, and just staying in the burrow. I know all since point to premolt I just need to hear from someone much more knowledgeable than I am to confirm it for me, the whole not eating thing freaks me out a little

Sorry be being so late! I've been all over the place XD But yes, you don't need to worry when a Tarantula blocks off their burrow. Tarantulas are powerful diggers and are not trapped at all. During pre-molt, a tarantula will not eat and will instead stay in their burrows so they can molt in peace and safety. They will open up their burrow when they are good and ready :3

I also recommend not feeding a Tarantula after a molt for at least a full week. This will give their fangs time to fully harden up so they can eat without harm. Tarantulas can also go for a very long time without eating! Just make sure they have access to clean water at all times and keep an eye on their abdomen. If they are nice and plump, it's all good. If it starts to shrink, that's when you can start offering food more often to see if they'll take some. For example, my Arizona Blonde tarantula has not eaten in about eight months now and is still doing well! So yeah, Tarantulas may be a very nerve inducing pet, but they are fine and they are just doing their thing <3
