Almost every single theory about Gregory that I've seen is people trying to make him have lore significance.

But he just doesn't. There's nothing special about him. He's just some random ass kid. Literally just Some Guy.

(Honestly I don't even expect him to come back in the next games maybe there'll be some reference/Easter egg but that's about it)

Honestly I'm not even that impressed by Gregory being able to install the upgrades into Freddy (because before you were given similar instructions, but it was up to the player's character to know how to perform the actions, but in the Pizzaplex it's automated, so a 9 year old could probably do it),

I'm more impressed by the fact that he was able to take the upgrades out of the other animatronics without damaging any important parts so they'd work exactly as intended when installed into Freddy.

you know when you think about it, current security breach theories like gregory being a robot, the ice cream in that one ending having an actual meaning, elizabeth being vanessa, cassidy being vanny (yes someone on discord unironically believes this), gregory 100% being 46, and michael being glamrock freddy are all literally the exact thing mr. hippo was mocking people for.

I wonder what Gregory would be like around other kids, hard to imagine him being good with people.

He strikes me as someone who doesn't know how to talk to people but would also try to convince himself that it's fine, he's doing fine by himself anyway.

If he's feeling uncomfortable interacting with someone (which is A Lot of the time), he would just stare at them silently until they stop trying to talk to him.

And if someone tries to pick on him (because "why are you being weird"), he would just start biting people.
