Ladies and gentlemen, get your dresses and suits ready - it’s time for BOLLYWOOD PROM 2013!!!

Yes, I am back with another (sorta lame) amazing idea! Anon(s) told me to do something similar to the Secret Santa and I came up with this. I mean, it’s May and prom season so why not get the Bolly-fandom together once more?

This will work very similar to Secret Santa except you’ll be taking someone to prom as a date, friend, etc. You’ll be given a person’s name — you might know them or not. You have to create something for them — it can be something Photoshopped with their fav actresses, a nice message/note, or ANYTHING. Be creative.

I’ll be posting ideas throughout the week for inspiration. (For ex: picking your and your date’s fav actress/actor and make a edit of them wearing fancy clothes)  We’ll also be having prom queen & king!

The rules are simple. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

By May 12th, if you want to play follow this new blog I made:

(Bollywood Prom 2013) By then, you’ll be assigned to a person and you have 7 days (until the 19th) to make them anything you want. Remember, if you don’t know Photoshop — you can still make them photosets with their fav actresses or write a nice note.

By the 19th, submit your presents for your person on the blog.

On May 20th, I will post all the submissions as posts with a list of people who participated and then everyone guesses who their secret santa was.

Please DO NOT join if you’re currently inactive or going to be inactive during this period!

This is a great way to start new friendships! :) If you have any suggestions and/or ideas, let me know. :D

Bollywood Secret Santa 2012 - Results

Firstly, I'd just like to give a small shout-out to three very special people. Without them, this would not have been possible. Shreya, BB you were so awesome. I always ran to you whenever I had any complications. Thanks for being a life-saver *hug* Anisha, thank you SO much for volunteering last minute for those who still didn't have a present. Thank you for everyone who participated and actually made a present on time (lol, of course there had to be some people who didn't, but it's okay!). It was hard to manage the almost 80 participants but now it's also rewarding. I'm so happy you all like your presents. I got 2 anons asking how many people’s secret santa I am today so I thought I should make this post so we’re all clear lol

This blog reached the maximum number of photosets it could publish in one day so I uploaded them on my personal blog and reblogged them here (and tumblr’s bipolar because it let Rummi publish some even after.)

So…. I’m not anyone’s secret santa. (well expect one person’s duh)

Does this make sense?

Also, if you track your url tag, your gift will not show up in your tracked tag as I deleted all the photosets I uploaded after I reblogged them here, and tags on reblogged posts don’t show up on tumblr. So you’re gonna have to go type in ‘http://bwsecretsanta.tumblr.com/tagged/YOURUSERNAMEHERE’ but if you have a hyphen/dash in your url, it will come up as an error and you’ll have to scroll through the pages to find your present.
