Smooth rotary encoder test
We found some beautiful smooth rotary encoders from Alps. On the Raspberry Pi we have some nodejs code working on Tiny Core Linux to read the value. It includes a push button on the top.

Early MIDI prototype
This is one of our early prototypes.
With 8 MIDI controller knobs, exposed circuitry, and a wooden enclosure, we were going for a hand crafted natural aesthetic.
Once this one is done we'll probably sell it on Etsy - enquiries welcome!

Tiny synthesizer experiments
We’ve been experimenting with different form factors for tiny synthesizer modules.
We came up with this layout using a rotary encoder, Nokia phone screen, and a single button for controlling Pure Data patches. Probably do a nodejs version too.

Testing Raspberry Pi hats
We’ve been testing out different 3rd party Raspberry Pi hats.

This one has a simple LCD screen and some buttons.
We wrote some nodejs code running under Tiny Core Linux to read the buttons and change what it says on the screen.
We used the adafruit-i2c-lcd library to get it working.
