Welcome on my kitchen!
Today we save in your cookbook easy recipe chocolate cake in pan with berries.
you just need to mix everything, and cook in a pan under the lid at minimum power until cooked for 30-40 minutes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
150 gr sugar
60 gr melted butter
50 gr cocoa powder
120 ml sour milk/buttermilk/kefir
1/2 tsp baking soda
frozen berries (l have currant)
it is better to use frozen berries so that they do not fall apart when mixing the dough

Today I am sharing with you my favorite meatball recipe. These chopped cutlets are very tender, with an appetizing crust and green flavor.
Ingredients:
* for 1 chicken fillet:
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp soy sauce (oyster/teriyaki)
greenery
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes or strips. Marinate in soy sauce for 30-40 minutes. Then add greens, eggs and flour. We mix everything well. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides at medium power without a lid. Thus, we will get fried and not raw cutlets with a delicious crispy crust.
