Please excuse my ugly face lmao. My EHPlabs order came in today and boy lemme tell you the thermogenic fat burner (voodoo flavor) really makes you sweat balls. I was 5 minutes on the treadmill dripping sweat. Not only does it taste amazing but it works. And the protein??? Fire tasting. Mixed it with water and a dash of fat free milk. I did hip abductions today, leg press, walking on the treadmill for .51 miles, and leg extensions. The gym was a little crowded so I didn’t get to do everything I wanted but yeah.
This week’s accomplishment: my leggings are looser on me and easier to get on and my jeans I wear to work without a belt fall down now haha.

My legs are KILLING ME. I can barely get up and move and bend but I pushed myself to go to the gym and do some cardio anyway. I sped walk about 3/4 of a mile for 15 minutes. I didn’t want to overdo it today cause my legs 😭 the preworkout hit me mid workout and I felt energized. Can’t wait for my order from ehplabs to get here.
Also I didn’t take any pics of my at the gym this time so have a selfie I took after.

It’s been like a week since starting my fitness journey. I’ve lost 5 pounds roughly. Of course I need to eat more because I’m tracking my calories and I’m only eating like 700 a day but the past 2 days I’ve been on target. I ordered a fat loss bundle from EHPLabs!!! And I also got my lashes done last night. I think they look great. Also here’s my breakfast from the last 2 days.

Hellooooo first post on this here new blog of mine. Just wanted to say hi and a little bit about me and why I want to be on this fitness journey.
About me🌞
Im currently 25 working as an assistant general manager for Wendy’s and I have 2 cats: a 15 year old siamese cat named Jynx and a 1 year old tabby named Norman. I reside in southeastern Connecticut and my favorite thing to do in my pastime is draw and paint realistic pieces. I consider myself an artist. My stats are: I am 5’3” (or 160.02 cm for the rest of the world) and I currently weigh 226 pounds. My ultimate goal weight is to get back to 135 pounds whenever I do, no rush.
Why I want to be on this journey🌞
I currently have sleep apnea and high blood pressure and my gallbladder acts up if I eat certain foods due to me being overweight. I used to go to the gym every day years ago back when I was like 18 - 21 years old and it felt so good to do it. I hate being called big or fat and probably the worst “compliment” I’ve ever received was: “you may be fat, but you’re pretty”. I just want to be a healthier version of me for my future. I don’t want to vastly modify my diet like I used to be vegan for 2 years but just cut out all the bad shit or indulge in it very occasionally.
