Greetings
Hey everyone, 
I had to remove this blog down to its shell and start over. It was hacked and recipes went missing, directions were removed, pictures were uploaded several different times. 
Some of these are recipes and others are just meal ideas. I hope you enjoy!

Chocolate Donuts

I have a donut pan that I use to create my donuts. 
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tbs butter
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 tsps vanilla
Preheat oven to 350
Grease donut pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
In a small bow, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. 
Spoon the batter into the donut pan. It needs to be a little more than three quarters full. 
Bake for 17 minutes. 
I took a cup of peanut butter and melted it down. Then dipped the top of the donuts into the melted peanut butter for it’s glaze on top.

Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Ranch seasoning
Vegetables of your choice
Shredded cheese
Pillsbury pizza crust
Vegetables I used, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, yellow pepper, orange peppers, and pea pods. 
Pop open the pizza crust and follow the baking instructions. After your crust is cooked to your liking it needs several hours to cool. If it is still warm when you go to put on the sauce it will melt and not work. 
Take the softened cream cheese and stir in the ranch seasoning. 
On the cooled pizza crust spread out the cream cheese sauce. 
Top with your vegetables of choice, cut, serve, and enjoy!

Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:
Wonton wraps
Crab meat shredded cooked
Cream Cheese softened
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Oil for frying
Mix softened cream cheese with shredded crab meat. Add garlic and onion powder to your liking. 
Lay out the wonton wrappers. Fill the middle of the wraps. Fold in the sides before rolling up. Leave a little triangle at the top and wet with a little water to help seal it. 
After all wontons are wrapped, heat oil over medium heat. The oil needs to reach 350 degrees. Cook three to four wraps at a time. Turning over to make sure each side becomes golden brown. 
Remove and drain. 
Serve with your favorite sauce

Sauteed Mushroom Pasta

Cook your pasta of choice until the tenderness you enjoy and set to the side. 
Take a large package of mushrooms and saute in butter with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. 
When your mushrooms are finished add to your pasta and sprinkle top with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Herb Tilapia

You can add any sides to this that you enjoy
Ingredients:
1 tsp Olive Oil
6 tbs melted butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tilapia Fillets
Take the melted butter and mix in all the seasonings together. Make sure to combine well. 
Dip each fillet into the mixture and then set onto a greased baking sheet. 
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then set under the broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Gnocchi

This is the easiest way to make gnocchi. 
Make one package of instant mashed potatoes. Follow those directions. After the potatoes are cooked put them into a bowl and place in the fridge. You need the potatoes to cool down enough where you can mix in the flour with your bare hands. 
After the potatoes have cooled mix in two cups of flour gradually. Knead the dough with your hands. You need to keep mixing in flour until it is not sticky to the touch. You may have to use more than two coups of flour. You are trying to recreate dough. 
Once the dough is no longer stick break off into chunks and roll out into a long rope. Cut the rope into chunks and put onto a plate to save for later. 
With all the gnocchi cut and ready to go. Boil a pot of water. Toss in a handful at a time. When the gnocchi begins to float to the top remove from water. Repeat the process until all the gnocchi is cooked.
For the sauce I melted half a stick of butter stirred in red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder then poured over the gnocchi.

Potato Bacon Hash

I use small potatoes for this. 
Slice and dice up the potatoes into small chunks. Throw them into a pan with a half of stick of butter over medium to high heat. 
Take several pieces of bacon and chop down into pieces. Add them into the pan with potatoes. Cook until potatoes are crispy and bacon is cooked to your liking. Sprinkle in some pepper and red pepper flakes for a little spice.

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

If you have pre packaged brownies please skip the following directions. 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup peanut butter.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease your pan
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder.
Spread batter into greased pan.
Press down unwrapped peanut butter cups into the brownie mix. 
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Fried Pickles

Ingredients:
Pickle spears
Flour
Eggs
Bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
You need three separate bowls. 
Dry your pickles as best as you can to help remove the moisture so the breading will stick to the pickle. 
Dip pickle spear into egg, flour, and into the bread crumbs. Set them off to the side until all pickles are breaded. 
Fry pickles in the oil until golden brown. Pull and drain in the paper towel to help remove the excess oil.

Ramen (Option two)

Boil a pot of water for your Ramen.
Now, to your water add half the seasoning pack it comes with, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, and a dash of pepper.
Let the water come to a full rolling boil before adding your noodles. You will let your noodles cook in the broth that we just created.
In a separate pan cook a handful of shrimp add seasoning of your choice. 
Pour noodles and broth into a bowl top with your shrimp. 
Fry up to two sunny side eggs and add to your ramen.

Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pkg Jiffy Corn Mix
1 large egg
1 cup sour cream
1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
1 stick of butter
2 cups shredded cheese
Mix corn mix, egg, sour cream, whole corn, creamed and one cup of shred cheese together. 
Melt the stick of butter and then add to mixture. Spread into casserole dish and top with the rest of the shred cheese. 
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.

Chicken and Waffles

Ingredients:
1 pkg chicken tenders
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups of flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg beaten
Vegetable oil for frying
Mix salt and pepper into the bread crumbs. 
Dip each tenders into the beaten egg, into flour, and then into the breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil until golden brown and completely cooked. 
Waffles:
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbs white sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat waffle maker. Grease waffle maker. 
Beat eggs. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until smooth. 
Pour mix onto waffle maker. Cook until golden brown. 
Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Cheese Breadstick

Ingredients:
Pre-made thin pizza crust
1 stick of butter
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Oregano
Melt butter and mix in Italian Seasoning. Spread on the whole thin crust. 
Bake for 5 minutes at 400
Fill the whole crust with the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano on top. 
Return to oven and cook until golden brown and cheese is completely melted.

Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

You can skip the following steps if you have a premixed brownie package. 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup peanut butter. 
Preheat oven to 350. Grease your pan
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. 
Spread batter into greased pan. 
Melt peanut butter until soft. You do not want it too runny. Drop spoon fulls of the peanut butter randomly around in the pan. Take a butter knife and proceed to run the peanut butter all through the pan of brownies. 
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 
Enjoy!

Oreo Truffles

Favorite sweet treat hands down!
Ingredients: 
8 oz softened cream cheese
36 oreos
Melting chocolate
Crush all of your Oreos in a bag and a rolling pin or use a food processor. 
Reserve some crushed Oreos for the topping. 
Mix remaining crushed oreos with the cream cheese. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet. 
Freeze for at least 30 minutes. 
Melt your chocolate down. Dip and cover your Oreo balls and replace on the baking sheet. Sprinkle extra crushed oreos on top. Chill for at least one hour before serving. 
Enjoy!

Marinated Salmon

Sides for this dish can be whatever you wish. Pictured is a California blend of veggies and a creamy pasta. 
Ingredients:
4 Salmon Fillets
4 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tbs honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mined garlic
In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, salt and pepper. Which to combine. 
Hold 1 tablespoon of marinade for later.
In a resealable bag add salmon and marinade. Seal. Shake. Make sure the salmon is completely covered. 
Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes and no longer than 6 hours. 
Preheat oven to 425
Place salmon fillets on a sheet pan lined with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes, pull and cover with the marinade you reserved earlier. Cook for another 5 minutes. 
Serve and Enjoy!
