Oh my, is that the time? I really should be getting to bed before someone comes knocking at my door. Good night everyone, thank you for keeping me company this evening.

Have any good friends at camp Aranea? What do you like to do there?

Not good ones per se. I do have friends here, but I wouldn’t hazard to call any of us terribly close except for when needed. I will of course stick up for my cabin mates just like any of them would do for me, but I know that I can be... well, some people don’t like the way I handle things.

As for what I like to do here, I greatly enjoy working in the gardens and helping out in the medic tent. I happen to be quite the skilled healer, as long as I’m healing someone else, so it’s good to feel needed. I also like to partake in trap building. I’m not very good at it, but I figure with practice comes perfection. Or at least a usable trap.

So, how long have you been at camp Aranea?

Hm, that depends on the reference of time you’re asking about. Are you asking how long I’ve been at camp since the last break, or how long I’ve been at camp as a whole.

I suppose I could go ahead and answer both questions! It’s hardly a problem after all.

Now I’ve been at camp for a few weeks since my last break to see my mother, and it was a good break that was sorely needed because I very greatly missed her. As a whole though, I’ve been coming to Camp Olea since I was just over 10 so quite a few years.

Hello Aranea! What have you been up to?

Well, I’ve been doing quite a bit of reading. I admittedly have only just started this book but it came to me highly recommended from one of my librarian friends out beyond camp. I heard that it had a show based off of it and I was interested enough in the premise to read it. It’s historical fantasy you know, with magicians and Elizabethan London. There’s nothing better than a good story, so I do hope this one holds up to the hype.

Hmm... Neither actually! I prefer the weather when it’s just in between warm and cold.
