My idea about 20st century skill is, it is a skills that should possess of a teacher's to be effective in teaching to meet the needs of his every students.How would I incorporating them for me as long as all that skills I will apply it in my classroom even in very simple situation

• Communication : As a teacher in this scenario is how you communicate with your students effectively even in a simple scenario .

Example :

You give a group activity to your students but one of your students didn't participate, so what would you do ,will you scold him or them ,that's a big no ! ,You should communicate his /her properly ,why ? ,who knows he/she has a problems which cause his/her not participating in a group activity ,jus tconfront him why ,he/she not participating ,and incourage his/her to be active students .

• Learning and innovation skills : As a teacher you're not also learning by testing your knowledge ,searching knowledge,but also in a real life problem

Example:

In learning your not just focusing in teaching for those who good and can adapt easily to their inviroment but also in a underprivileged students . Giving an activities to the advance learners an activities that makes them challenge but do not give same to underprivileged but instead give also an activities that makes also challenged them but not same to advance learners.

• Information skills : For me it is sharing true evidenced information to your students

Example :

Your teaching about COVID 19 to you students then you tell them that only surgical mask are recommended to prevent avoid COVID 19 or your telling them that COVID 19 are just normal symptoms that only rich people will infected . Just do sharing only true info .

• Media and Technology skills

It it a skills that can manipulate media and technology or having knowledge how to use some educational media app or platform.

Example : Just simple as teacher can manipulation PowerPoint , prize, Google classroom, zoom and etc.Then your teaching about atom it It recommendable you will use powerpoint,or Prezi to present that topic because an atom can't be seen through our eyes.

• life and career skills :It is a teaching in real word

Example :

You teaching your about Basic proper self care ,in able them apply it in real you would let your students perform it through in their home basic routine ,or through dramatize based on their on your provided basic proper healthcare .

• Critical thinking : it is how students think to solve the given problem

Example :

You teaching art to your class ,then you give a question ,that what is important of art ? then you let your students write it in a one half corsswise but your answers they connect it in real word ,in culture , in art , music and literature .

• Creativity : Some of the students are very creatively in their own way ,sometime through drawing ,creating design , writing ,speaking ,way of thinking and Etc.

Example : you discussing about types of plant ,you expecting your students to take note the important details only instead of writing all the details, one of your students very slow in taking down notes because I stead of words will he /she wore but he/draw it ,because the students injoying it ,makes he/she not sleepy but makes he /she more focus on the class in note taking so what teacher should let the students do what he wanted to do unless he/she learn in their own ways.

• Collaboration : it is skill witch communicating with each other not only in students to to students but also teacher to students

Example:

You give an group activity to your students ,but some of the students didn't cooperate because of the reason that students is clever he/she can do on their own and also he/she don't want to cooperate because member are pabuhat kay hindi sila naki operate ,what teacher do ,the teacher tell ,remind the students how important cooperation is ,how effective cooperation is which can't do only one person .

Communication : it is how students commicate with each other

Example :

Usually our students are different there are low of confidence and there are high of confidence depends on their life experienced .So what teachers do just focus on communicating and boosting their confidence because they need for those who did not incourage also to keep good doing but theres a children need your help ,as teacher you are there, you are here standing ,teaching Infront of students for improvements .

2.In my own words how technology serves as tutor ,a teaching tool and a learning tool

In technology serve as tutor in learning because as a teacher's it helping us to improve our delivery of lesson to our students In able them to understand and learn the lesson you given .Example PowerPoint, you use technology as guid as a tutor .And also through this technology we can easily get what info we need from net even from a different books ,it serves as guid or tutor to build equiped students
