I wasn’t too busy durin’ the day, only a few people needing t’ get classes. Took a little detour and took care of.. other business in the evening though.

Anyway, my day has been pretty good! Made a good sale on some of my… exclusive herbs. Maybe I’ll see it in the news soon. The shop was pretty humid today but it wasn’t too awful.

The cool air of A/C soothes the sting of the cuts aligning along the apple of Miguel’s cheek, the warmth of crimson stickiness sliding down his face making him cringe as he stepped up the steps of the training studio towards the living quarters. With a quiet grunt, he tossed his duffel bag onto the nearby couch and shrugging off his brown coat before moving further into the room and grabbing the small medical kit off a shelf - he couldn’t care where - before striding into the bathroom and flicking on the light. The disheveled, grimy face that reflected in front of him made his moss toned eyes narrow.

“Living the dream,” Miguel mused darkly to himself, shaking his head with a small huff of amusement before grabbing a washcloth and cleaning off the blood with grumbling complaints. “Damned rats.”
