So it’s like 2000 words of set-up for the idea that I had and maybe a little messy since a) I didn’t beta read it and b) I wrote into the morning. The sun is now up. I regret everything.

I went really hard into this one. I wrote way more than I thought I would and experimentally shifted POVs, which ended up being a decision I actually really liked! This may be a little out of character, but I think putting characters in life-or-death situations that are nothing like the ones they experience in canon can kind of do that to them.
