Mini theory, it's basically that Jimmy doesn't care about Lola (admitted by himself), or at least not as much as the rest of his girlfriends because she reminds him of his mom, at least a little bit, though he cares about his mom.

Basically:

Multiple relationships, affairs in Lola's case and a lot of marriages and divorces in Mama Hopkin's case.

Their easily irritable way of being.

Not really in love with their partners but they are together because of benefits, being "The Queen" of the Greasers (?) in Lola's case and money in Mama Hopkin's case.
